Ground floor studio with large lounge area and separate kitchen. The lounge has a choice of sleeping arrangements, either a double sofa bed or pull down bunk beds. Situated at the rear of the complex the terrace enjoys evening sun.

A very modern complex with swimming pool, sauna, underground parking and is located on the beachfront just a short walk to either Duquesa´s marina or the small village of Castillo.

Great for a weekend in the sunshine!

The apartment was super clean and has a very high standard of fixtures and fittings. Siemens appliances throughout. Great TV (LG, about 43" I reckon) with the main four UK channels in HD. Underground car park is great for keeping the hire car nice and cool. Bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. And the jacuzzi bath was a nice surprise. The pool area is lovely. Very peaceful (in September anyway) and the pool was great to cool off in. Not sure the pool is good for very young children though as the shallow end is still 1.2m deep. Great for us though! Being so close to all the restaurants and shops was brilliant. Right on the beach and you can hear the waves whilst lounging by the pool. 5 min walk to the little village of Castillo de la Duquesa, and another 5 win the other way to the Marina. Perfect location. Pick and -off of key was super easy, as the Duquesa Estates office is a stone through from apartment.
