Our sunny west facing ground floor apartment in Marina duquesa is located in a beach front complex in Puerto Duquesa.The accommodation has two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a living room opening onto a sunny terrace overlooking the communal pools and sea. There is direct access from the terrace to the pools.It has air conditioning/heating, private WIFI, underground car park with allocated space, direct access to the beach, 24h security, a gym, four swimming pools, 2 paddle tennis courts and is only a minute walk to the port with its many bars and restaurants.

Perfect location

We just love the location of this apartment. It's ideally located near all the pools and has a fabulous terrace. Maybe the interior could do with a bit of modernisation.

Another great stay - 3rd time at this apartment and booked again for next year. location could not be more perfect and the complex is friendly and quiet. Costa holidays are amazing and always so helpful only suggestion for the apartment would be an umbrella for some shade and a full length mirror - however it is still an amazing apartment

Perfect location. Comfortable apartment Lovely view, good sunny patio. Rented tv box worked perfectly, good WiFi Like it very much Patio table is broken. Shower room loo seat needs replacing. Really needs a mirror.

Ideal apartment location

This was a great sized apartment for 2 couples or couple with 2 kids, the location is brilliant, it had everything you need, the best feature is the terrace as it is large has plenty of seating and being on the ground floor is right next to one of the pools and not far from exit out to marina and the beach, the terrace also pretty much get the sun all day from late morning till setting in the evening Some drawers in cupboard in twin room like there are in the double would help, also changing the bedside cabinet in twin room with pointless tiny drawer to one with three drawers would help and more hangers in there as well The little shower room would benefit from a better shower surround as it pretty much floods the floor most times you use it, also a little corner shelf in the shower would be good for putting shampoos on etc. An umbrella or canopy for terrace would be good as there is limited shade when you want to stay outside and have a break from the heat

Perfect location

The apartment is in a beautiful location and a so close to both the beach and the port. It is very quiet at the complex which is lovely. You can choose which pool to go in however it is so easy to go straight out of gate into terrace to the nearest one. The apartment is well equipped and the kitchen has everything you will need. The only thing we missed was a long mirror. This has been noted on previous reviews. The apartment was tidy and well maintained and on the whole fairly clean although areas had been missed and the floor needed a mop when we arrived and a general dust was needed. Other than that all was perfect :) this was our second time here and have already booked the next trip. Long length mirror and a little more attention with the cleaning

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y lo encontramos en muy buenas condiciones. La ubicación era muy buena, pues tenía acceso directo al paseo marítmo. Las piscinas de la urbanización son muy buenas. La terraza la disfrutamos muchísimo. Good location and lovely apartment

Good location. Near the sea, near the port, near the pool and the terrace was a very good size. We had everything we could want in the apartment and on the terrace. The apartment was a good size and everything worked. The shower needed fixing, but the Staff at Costa Holidays fitted new parts straight away. All the staff at Costa Holidays have been amazing and we would recommend the Company to everyone. Thank you one and all. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated and could do with being modernised.

Location, location, location

We just love watching the world go by from this lovely apartment. The terrace is very spacious but sheltered with sea views and enjoys the sun until it sets. We love staying here
