Immersed in the greenery of the Romagna hills, this ancient stone cottage dating back to the end of the 1800s is an oasis of peace and relaxation.


The location is perfect for nature, art and cooking lovers. The signposted hillside trails are ideal for long walks or bike rides to the many medieval villages, while the farmhouses in the area offer the chance to savor typical Romagna cuisine. The art cities Ravenna, Cesena, San Marino and Gradara, as well as the beaches of Rimini and Cesenatico, are 30/40 minutes away by car.


The cottage is located in a private park of 2000 square meters characterized by lush vegetation and embellished with fruit trees. In the outdoor area for guests there is a bowling green, a dining area with a large table and barbecue as well as a large parking area with a superb view over the valley from which to enjoy the sunrise over the Adriatic Sea.

Beautiful pool area overlooking the surrounding hills. Equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, sofas, table, it is ideal for a quick lunch, a romantic aperitif at sunset or an evening drink under the stars. There is also a bathroom / dressing room with both internal and external shower.


The house is on two floors. The ground floor consists of a full optional kitchen that leads to an enclosed veranda with a living room and table, ideal for cooler evenings. Also on the ground floor there are the bathroom, a small living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a living room with a sofa, table and TV. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.


The village of Roncofreddo, just 2 km away, offers essential services while a large shopping center, "Romagna center", is only 20 minutes away by car.
