Villa Maragani 3 CHARME & RELAX
Sicilian rustic style villa with a splendid sea view.
Apartment with employee entrance on the ground floor, barbecue for excellent barbecues, outdoor shower for the sea, parking space.
The interior is composed of a kitchenette, dining room with sofa bed (140 * 200), double bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, satellite TV. .
The exterior is furnished with garden furniture, veranda with table and chairs to be able to have lunch and dinner all overlooking the sea, veranda-solarium with deck chairs, relaxation area with sofas and armchairs all overlooking the sea.
Upon your arrival you will find the traditional welcome basket (Sicilian wines and Sicilian sweets).
The price includes the consumption of water-electricity-gas-air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, final cleaning service, supply of bed linen and towels with linen change and rearrangement of the apartment every three days.
