Villa with independent entrance on the ground floor, barbecue for excellent barbecues, outdoor shower for the sea and parking space.
The interior consists of a kitchen-dining room with sofa bed (140 * 200) with sea view, double bedroom with sea view, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower, there are washing machine, iron, ironing board ironing board, hairdryer, satellite TV.
The exterior is furnished with garden furniture, veranda with table and chairs to be able to have lunch and dinner all overlooking the sea, veranda-solarium with deck chairs, relaxation area with sofas and armchairs all overlooking the sea.
Upon your arrival you will find the traditional welcome basket (Sicilian wines and Sicilian sweets).
The price includes the consumption of water-electricity-gas-air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, final cleaning service, supply of bed linen and towels with linen change and rearrangement of the apartment every three days.
