Outside the large terrace with portable barbecue is partly covered with an awning providing shade and lavishly furnished with both a large dining table/chairs and a lounge area in chic rattan materials. The private pool with turquoise mosaic tiles sits between the terrace and an area which has been laid with lush green artificial turf for relaxation under the Mallorca sun on the comfortable loungers provided. Distributed over one floor: The open living area has a wall-mounted flat screen TV (satellite TV, WiFi, iPod docking station, DVD player), fireplace and comfortable sofas. The long dining table/chairs in a bright vintage look creates the connection to the kitchen which is separated by a sophisticated counter unit with a central island and country kitchen behind it (fully equipped with appliances and all that is needed for a self catering holiday). The four bedrooms are bright with plenty of storage and the master bedroom benefits from en-suite bathroom whereas the other two bathrooms are freely accessible from the hallway, each have their own trendy design with floor-to-ceiling walk-in showers and exclusive tiles in either a wood, stone or grey mosaic.

The property is supplied with solar energy in a timely and climate-neutral manner and therefore it is not possible to install devices that require a lot of power, such as air conditioning or pool lights.
