The bungalow has: living room with beautiful views over the rolling landscape with doors to the garden with terrace and garden furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer, microwave, hall, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. 2 bedrooms with two single beds (bunk beds for 5 people), pillows and duvets. In addition, there are vacuum cleaner, KTV (satellite), CD radio cassette, central heating. Parking spaces at the house. Washing machine and electric grill in a nearby laundry room.

Fijn huisje met faciliteiten dichtbij
Een fijn huisje met magnifiek uitzicht op de omgeving. Voorzien van alle gemakken, zelfs een vaatwasser. In de directe omgeving een goede bakker en supermarkt. Het huisje ligt op een helling, de toegangsweg is steil, wij hebben onze meegenomen fietsen niet gebruikt. Maar met de auto geen probleem.
Prima omgeving voor uitgaan, terrasjes, winkelen etc., zoals Valkenburg, Heerlen en Maastricht.
Ook om te wandelen een enorm aanbod in goed aangegeven routes. In het huisje allerlei kaarten en beschrijvingen aanwezig.
Eigenaar aanwezig, is belangstellend en behulpzaam.
