The Joiners Shop is a wondrous property nestled within the county of Derbyshire. Within the cottage you can find three bedrooms, two with en-suites, and a ground-floor cloakroom and a bathroom, making it suitable to sleep five people. The property also features an open-plan living space consisting of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a separate snug and a utility. Outside is a charming lawned area with a seating area and a barbecue, as well as a summerhouse with additional furniture. There is ample room for 4 cars to par outside of the cottage, too. The Joiners Shop makes the perfect property for a a small family to enjoy a tranquil trip.
Amenities: Underfloor heating to ground floor, radiators on the first floor, via ground source heat system. Air conditioning/heating units in kitchen and first floor super king bedroom. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer. Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player, stereo with Bluetooth capability and built-in CD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture, summerhouse with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 0.5 miles Please note: The downstairs is not on one level, there is a small step down from the hallway into the living area.
