About this property

House 5 minutes from Ibiza, large and comfortable spaces, with 6 double rooms on 2 floors for family vacations in a very quiet area of San Jordi. Large outdoor spaces with billiards and ping pong in covered area, mobile barbecue and 6m x 10m pool in a fully fenced environment in rural area.

On the first floor there is a large living room, bathroom, very large kitchen and 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.

On the second floor you will find 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and balconies with beautiful views, 2 bathrooms, another living room and a small auxiliary kitchen.

Number of rooms: 6 rooms / 3 bathrooms / 2 living room - dining room / 2 kitchens / porches - terraces / BBQ / pool / 3,000m2 / Parking / fenced land / air conditioning and heating.

Rentals of less than 7 days will be charged € 150 cleaning fee.

The Ecotasa will be paid in cash upon arrival of the customer at the house.
