Prepare to be enchanted by this picturesque beachside villa brimming with chic, boho charm and equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay is as comfortable and luxurious as possible.

Tastefully decorated interiors combine white washed walls with quirky, vibrant splashes of colour. A fully fitted modern kitchen leads through to an open-plan living and dining area filled with natural light and boasting beautiful sea views. Good size bedrooms, each with their own unique design features and touches of bohemian style, branch off from the main living area and include a delightful wooden bunk bed room that is ideal for children. All the house has AC.

Outside, the sound of the waves lapping at the shore will transport you to a place of pure relaxation. Here you can wile away your days with a good book in the hammock, take a dip in the private pool or perhaps soak up the sun on a lounger with a chilled glass of cava before taking a short stroll to the golden sands of Playa Den Bossa Beach.

The laid-back vibe of this tranquil island home will leave you with memories that will last a lifetime. This is beach life at its best.

We only rent from Saturday to Saturday from June until September to keep things organizad.
After the 8 pax an extra rental will be charge

Beautiful property, really spacious with an amazing sea view! It was so wonderful waking up with a coffee (from the coffee machine) and taking in the view. The roof terrace was fab for chilling in the evenings. Loved the pool! Location in Figueretas is awesome for eating out, beaches, taxis and easy distance to Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa. Maria and her colleagues were responsive, friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

Excellent villa on the beach with everything you could want and great views. Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the nearest bars, less than 5 minutes from a supermarket, 30 minutes in to old town and on to the marina. Maria was extremely helpful at every stage.

A wonderful stay!

We were a family group of 7 females and we had a fantastic stay. The location of the villa is excellent, close to amenities but also quiet and peaceful. We loved the outdoor areas for relaxing and the kitchen facilities for preparing meals etc. The closeness to the sea and views from the property are just wonderful. Maria was an excellent host, so friendly and helpful in every way. We would return without hesitation. Muchas gracias María!

The pictures don’t do it justice! We had the best week. The property is beautiful, nice big outside space with everything you need and Maria was so helpful with everything. Location is amazing. 2 min walk to supermarket, 5 mins to a big beach. 30 mins walk to the old town. We will definitely be back!!

Très beau séjour

La maison est superbe et littéralement au bord de la mer La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique Maison toute équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien Une femme de ménage est intervenue au milieu de notre séjour (9 jours) pour effectuer le ménage et changer nos draps ce qui est très appréciable Si nous devions recommander une maison à Ibiza ce serait celle de Maria sans hésitation !

Emplacement top communication très compliquée

Villa idéalement située on ne peut-être plus pres de la mer. Ce que nous avons très apprécié avec une vue magnifique. Proche des commerces restaurant. Par contre communication avec le gestionnaire quasi inexistant en cas de problème difficile à joindre. A oublié notre heures de départ...nous avons dû laisser la clé cachée. Rapport qualité prix un peu élevé pour un mois de novembre.

Mooie loctaie, met in potentie een moois huis, maar toch erg tegenvallend!

Het huis ligt op een prachtige locatie, direct aan zee, op loopafstand van Ibizastad en omgeven door alles wat je nodig hebt. Op de foto's ziet het huis er idyllisch uit en bij aankomst is het bij een eerste oogopslag zeker mooi. Echter, alles is wel dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. Dat wil zeggen dat alles wat verlopen is, zoals bijvoorbeeld de doeken op de zonnebedden buiten die kapot en beschimmeld zijn, de bank binnen bijna uit elkaar valt (maar nog net door een drietal grand foulards bij elkaar wordt gehouden), de kussens voor het knusse buitenzitje echt bijna verteerd zijn, de keukenboiler met een apart verlengsnoer dat dwars door de keuken loopt van stroom wordt voorzien en zo nog meer zaken. Alles is wat afgesleten (verf, muren, kasten, etc.). Het huis heeft dus dringend TLC nodig, maar heeft zeker charme en de mooie locatie doet je veel vergeven. Het grootste probleem zit echter in het feit dat het huis ook serieuze technische problemen heeft. Zo is de stroomvoorziening in het huis slecht, waardoor met grote regelmaat de stroom uitvalt. Daarnaast is de warmwater voorziening slecht. Wij waren met een groep van 7 mensen en slechts één persoon kon per dag een warme douche nemen. Misschien is dat niet zo erg tijdens een warm hoofdseizoen, maar in oktober is dat toch echt wel prettig af en toe! Verder is er dan ook geen warm water in de keuken. Ondanks de vaatwasser is het toch ook fijn om af en toe iets met de hand te kunnen (af)wassen. Wat echte het meeste stoort is het feit dat er niet of nauwelijks te communiceren valt met de huiseigenaresse Maria. Zo hebben we bijvoorbeeld een dag enorm noodweer gehad. Omdat de afvoer van het dakterras verstop zat, liep dat volledig vol, waardoor we uiteindelijk op vier plekken in het huis behoorlijke wateroverlast hadden (en uitval van stroom). We hebben uiteraard direct contact gezocht met Maria, maar kregen geen respons. Uiteindelijk hebben we het zelf op kunnen lossen, maar pas na vier dagen kregen we uiteindelijk een reactie vanuit Maria, met een wat lauw excuus voor het ongemak. Dit is helaas steeds het geval geweest, zowel voorafgaand aan onze vakantie, als tijdens. Nogmaals, we hebben ons prima vermaakt en van Ibiza genoten, maar helaas kunnen dit huis, ondanks de toplocatie, niet echt aanbevelen.

Beach House To The Rescue

We were put in a very stressful and awkward situation where two weeks before our planned trip we found out our original rental was fake. Home and Away sent us alternative properties and the say before our departure we secured The Beach House, whilst it was nothing like our original accommodation we came up trumps. The house was perfect for our reunion and surpassed our expectations. Maria was friendly and in constant communication with us appeasing our anxiety of turning up in Ibiza with nowhere to stay. The house is right on the beach, 5 minutes walk from the water taxi and opposite a well stocked supermarket. We made use of the kayaks and snorkeling equipment, inflatables in the pool and comfy sun loungers by the sea. The accommodation was well equipped and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Way beyond expectations!

So hard to summarise! Maria has been excellent throughout, so attentive to every need, and in constant contact until she knew we were in and settled. The property was simply “WOW”. Pics don’t do it justice - and the pics are stunning! We arrived in darkness and when we woke up and looked outside we were all amazed. It’s right on the beach overlooking the most beautiful sea view. The outdoor area has so many seating variations, to eat alfresco, sunbathe, play, swim... it’s perfect. The path and gate to the beach are lovely - we loved sitting out on the rocks by the sea watching the world go by. The pool gets tonnes of sun and is very safe for families. The property is more spacious than we expected, plenty of seating and the sofa is huge! It’s very well equipped - and I’m sure if there was anything we needed Maria would’ve helped. The security is very good, and Maria helped us understand all the necessary locking up procedures. Location couldn’t be better, supermarket across the road which sells everything you need including little presents for our children back home, bars and restaurants close by, sea front walks in either direction take you to some beautiful sea front cafes/restaurants, we loved Ohana - down toward playa D’en Bossa. Worth getting the boat from near Ohana up to Ibiza Town. Or walk all the way down the beachfront toward Nassau Beach and all the other beach clubs. Taxis are about 5 mins away, and the villa is easy to find if you use one of the nearby hotels as a marker. Leaving the villa was effortless, it’s so easy to clean up and we were able to store our (huge amount of) luggage as our flight was at night. Georgia was so lovely and again very helpful. This villa is a hidden gem, we will definitely be back, and have recommended to all our friends!

Urlaub mit freunden.

Das Objekt ist einfach zu finden, und liegt direkt am Strand. Der Strandabschnitt ist gern von Hunden und ihren Besitzern besucht. In die Innenstadt läuft man ein paar Minuten. Restaurants, Supermarkt, andere Hotels sind in der Nähe. Das Objekt war sehr sauber aber die Polster der Liegen im Außenbereich sollten erneuert werden. Es gibt eine schöne Dachteerasse die im Angebot nicht angegeben wurde. Das Eingangstor geht vor allem von innen schwer auf. Sollte erneuert werden. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Ein schönes Objekt, welches ein wenig in die Jahre kommt. Der Ausblick entschädigt dafür.

This was a wonderful stay in a great Villa as the perfect getaway. It's tastefully decorated, very clean and well equipped with all the amenities for nights in or hanging by the terrace when your not out exploring.You have a paddle surf and a canoe to use anytime! The location is in a great spot and is a short walk from the old town. The owner is exceptionally helpful and are on hand to support with any requirements. Highly recommended for your next getaway!
