Hidden Gem

The perfect choice for a family or a couple looking for peace and quiet. The villa has everything you need plus located on a tranquil part of the island. The pool was a great welcome after long days on the beach. The owner Teodora was on hand 24/7 via WhatsApp if we needed her. Nice to have strong WiFi and A/C, not many places have both on the island. Wonderful oasis in Formentera

We had a lovely stay in Teo's place in Formentera. The house is at the end of a dirt track on the west side of the island. The property is beautiful, and the clifftop views are only a 10 minute walk away.Teodora herself was warm, responsive, and extremely helpful. We loved:--The kids playing area in the garden was a hit with my young nieces. There is a trampoline, a swing-set, a tennis court, and a bunch of balls, rackets, toys.--The pool is great.--How secluded it was.Things to know:--The tap water, while technically potable, is quite salty, so you'll need bottled water. --It's not walking distance to any amenities, so you'll need a car. This was perfect for us, as we were looking for a remote getaway.

La villa sĂșper espaciosa y cĂłmoda. Cocina muy completa pero le faltaba un lavavajillas. Por lo demĂĄs, contaba todo. Las camas eran muy cĂłmodas. En general todo muy bien cuidado y la anfitriona siempre disponible.

Wir haben zu sechst 10 Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort verbracht. Es gibt 4 gemĂŒtlich eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen wie draußen. Aufgrund meiner mĂ€ĂŸigen Englischkenntnisse fand der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ausschließlich per WhatsApp statt, was hervorragend funktioniert hat. Teodora hat immer schnell und ĂŒberaus freundlich geantwortet. Der Weg zur Finca ist ĂŒber Schotterwege insbesondere im dunkeln ziemlich abenteuerlich. Das Haus liegt recht abgelegen, daher ist ein Leihwagen fast ein Muss. Der Vorteil ist, daß man absolute Ruhe hat und völlig ungestört ist. An der Hauptstraße ist ein kleiner Supermarkt fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf, der nĂ€chste Ort ca. 3 km entfernt. Wir wĂŒrden die Finca jederzeit wieder mieten, haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Danke fĂŒr alles 👍

Maravillosa estancia

Maravillosa estancia... la casa esta cuidada al detalle, super limpia, un remanso de paz donde hemos disfrutado unas fantasticas vacaciones. Teodora la anfitriona de 10, pendiente de que todo estuviese perfecto, recomendandonos playas, restaurantes, actividades...siempre dispuesta para ayudarnos con lo que fuera. Sin duda hicimos una buena eleccion.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders fĂŒr Kinder ein Traum zum Spielen mit einem Trampolin und Spielzeug im Garten. Der Pool ist das Highlight, sauber und flach reingehend. Die Besitzerin ist Ă€ußerst freundlich und immer zu erreichen und bei jeder Frage aussagekrĂ€ftig.

Excellent séjour au calme

La maison de Teodora est super agrĂ©able de part son confort, sa propretĂ© et son charme. La maison se situe au calme, entourĂ©e d’un jardin arborĂ© avec sa piscine trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Tout est prĂ©vu pour le bonheur des adultes et enfants. La situation de la maison, Ă  environ 10min en voiture du village se San Francesc est trĂšs confortable. Teodora est une propriĂ©taire charmante et prĂȘte Ă  rendre de service pour rendre le sĂ©jour encore plus agrĂ©able. Nous espĂ©rons revenir!

Wonderful property, especially for families. The pool and outdoor area are perfect. There are three rooms upstairs that can sleep 5 people. And 1 bedroom downstairs that sleeps 2. So the property is ideal for 7 people. Teodora was very helpful! Anytime we had a question or a problem it was fixed immediately.

Perfect family house in Formentera

Wonderful property, perfect for families. Pool, swings, tennis court, trampoline etc. Lots of trees and nice shade during the day. Overall, a great place and we’ll happily return. Also, Teodora was great.

Un paradiso in completa privacy

La villa si presenta con uno spettacolare parco alberato e fiorito dotato di piscina , bbq e comodi lettini. La totale privacy ti regala la completa liberata anche a bordo piscina lontano da occhi indiscreti. Teodora e’ una gentilissima ragazza sempre pronta a garantire il massimo comfort e che non manchi nulla per una piacevole permanenza. Consigliata a famiglie con bambini che vogliono stare nella natura. A soli 5 min a piedi si raggiunge la scogliera di punta rasa per ammirare il tramonto e il mare.

La maison est spacieuse, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, lumineuse, sobre, avec de petites touches de dĂ©coration qui ne la surchargent pas. SituĂ©e au milieu d'un grand terrain paysagĂ©, oĂč il fait bon prendre ses repas Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. La piscine est un avantage apprĂ©ciable en Ă©tĂ©. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs disponible et trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute. Elle se charge Ă©galement de la location de voiture, indispensable vu la situation... c'est une maison rurale qui sera apprĂ©ciĂ©e des gens et familles cherchant le calme. NĂ©anmoins, Ă  proximitĂ© de San Francesc et de ses commerces. Une trĂšs bonne expĂ©rience. Emmanuel
