All comfort, magnificent sea view (Ibiza and the famous VEDRA)! Ideally located in the famous district of Porto Saler, close to all amenities ("Comestibles" and restaurants 600 meters away). Very private villa with surrounding wall on a plot of 2200 m2. Not isolated (3 neighbors) Parking for 4 cars. Large terrace and swimming pool (9mx5m) HEATED (rare)! Petanque track. 4 fully independent air-conditioned bedrooms (including a studio) with large double bed, and the studio with an extra single bed, shower room, WC and private terrace. Large terrace of 120 M2 facing the sea, with large table for 12 people in the shade of a century-old pine. Hard exterior barbecue with worktop and drinks fridge for an aperitif facing the Vedra! Satellite TV and high speed wifi! Complete equipment for two babies, games for children.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in Casa Tolula for 2 weeks with 8 adults and a baby. The property offers everything you need including stunning views of the sea and es vedra. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Perfect stay!

We had the chance to stay at this absolutely lovely house for 2 weeks - and we enjoyed a fantastic time! The surrounding is nice and quiet and everyone found his moste loved place to read, sleep or enjoy the sun, children and adults. And we used to have so pieceful evenings sitting on the patio at the big table! Also every sleeping room is clean and has lots of comfort. An the kitchen is perfect equiped. We felt very welcome at this house and come will come back this year!

Fantastic large villa

We had a wonderful holiday as a family of three couples and our granddaughter.The villa is so spacious we didn't use one bedroom.The villa is very well equipped with a high standard of white goods and the spaces outside are amazing.Its in a really peaceful setting of Porto Saler just outside San Fransesc. Sebastian from the agency that looks after the villa on behalf of the owner was a star so helpful and when there was a problem with the pool one day one message to Sebastian and the pool man arrived and it was fixed .Brilliant.I would be back in a shot and highly recommend this villa.

Très belle propriété, très agréable et très fonctionnelle, conforme aux photos. Idéale entre amis et avec des enfants/adolescents. Très belle piscine. Jeu de boules. Belle pergola pour les repas en extérieur. Propriétaire et gestionnaire très sympathiques et très réactifs.

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich. Altgewachsene Pinien bieten Schatten und der gepflegte Pool ist der Mittelpunkt der Anlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Preciosas vistas a Ibiza.

Impresionantes vistas. Habitaciones grandes con baños en suite muy cómodos, a mejorar los muebles de exterior y el cuidado del jardín ,pero la estancia ha sido estupenda, y el personal que nos atendió muy diligente ante cualquier problema.

Het huis was nog ruimer dan de foto’s doen vermoeden . Het uitzicht is geweldig en ook al ben je met 8 volwassenen en 1 baby . Iedereen heeft voldoende privacy , zelfs heeft elke kamer een eigen terras . Prachtig huis die we aan iedereen zullen aanraden . We hebben prachtige wandelingen gemaakt in de natuurgebieden rondom de woning . Kortom een droom huis .

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Sant Francesc. Wir waren dort mit 4 Pärchen und 1 Kleinkind und jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich. Dennoch lädt das Haus zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein, sowohl innen als auch außen. Die Lage war gut, es lohnt sich jedoch ein Auto zu haben vor allem wenn man viel an den Strand will. Nichtsdestotrotz sind wir auch zu Fuß entspannt nach Sant Francesc gelaufen. Wir würden in jedem Fall hier wieder Urlaub machen!

Formidable

La maison de Claude est magnifique et dans un cadre exceptionnel avec vue sur la mer ainsi que Ibiza et son célèbre rocher de Es Vedra. Chaque chambre est indépendante, idéal entre amis. La maison est parfaitement située et à 10/15mn des plus belles plages de l’île. Elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Claude et Luana ont été très flexibles sur les horaires d’arrivée et départ. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir je recommande fortement !

Vacanza indimenticabile

Siamo appena rientrati dalla vacanza, e la miglior cosa da fare è' descrivere di fantastici momenti trascorsi con i nostri amici ed i nostri figli. La casa è' bellissima, di stile, con le camere distanti tra loro che permettono la giusta privacy; è' servita di ogni cosa, e Nicolas è' a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità . Bella anche la piscina dove la sera al rientro dalla spiaggia i bimbi si divertivano. Si vede un bel tramonto...... fantastico!! L'anno prossimo non mancheremo!!!

A beatiful holiday haouse

I spent a week of of my vacation in Formentera and this house was one of most beatiful aspect of that period. The house is large confortable, having all conforts that a vacations requires.The position is strategic with a view on the see side in the sunset direction. Dimensions and positions of the apartements allow a pleasant stay also to large number of people. Style of furnishing is to the level of expectations.

Special House and Fantastic Vacations

We go to Formentera in the last 7 years and for the first time we change the Hotel for a House. Fantastic Place! We are a group of 9 (Family and Friends) and privacy was just perfect. Great house, good location, outdoor space is stunning, charming area where we could spend great moments. Bathrooms, and restful bedrooms are very good. This is a spot to come again in 2016!!

Great experience!

Magnificent house, great location. The outdoor space is stunning, charming area where we could have breakfast, lunch and diner, beautiful bathrooms, and restful bedrooms. Lots of space, privacy for everyone and living place to be together.
