The decoration of the interior of the house is very personal care to the smallest detail, most of the furniture is handmade, restored or tuned and converted into original and unique pieces. With a design according to the nature of Formentera and a touch of elegance and luxury make it an ideal holiday home for families and small groups of friends who are looking for disconnection and tranquility.
The house is two minutes by car from the town of Pilar de la Mola, overlooking the lighthouse of La Mola and in a completely rural environment.
The nearest beaches are 15 minutes away by car, such as Escupinar Beach and Arenales Beach. Another of the nearest towns is Es Calo.
The interior of the house has three bedrooms (two of them with double bed of 150 cm, and the third with three single beds), two bathrooms and living room (with two sofa beds) kitchen-dining room in a single space that is opens to a spectacular terrace where the pool with all its facilities. All rooms have air conditioning.
The exterior of the house is completely integrated into the rural environment, with two terraces, one where you can find the private pool, sun loungers and a barbecue, with access to a roof terrace where you can enjoy the incredible views of the Pilar de la Mola. And another more intimate terrace which is accessed by one of the bedrooms.
You can enjoy a house with all the comforts and luxuries in a privileged rural environment, where calm and relaxation after a long day of beaches are guaranteed, the closest neighbors are 300 meters away so they will enjoy total privacy.
Depending on the season in which they stay, they will be able to enjoy the products of the property such as figs, melons, watermelons, tomatoes, peppers, etc. all of them cultivated in a completely ecological way.
You can not miss the experience of the walks, by walking or by bicycle, through this privileged environment where some of the hiking trails go by such as the one that takes you to the famous Faro de la Mola.
