Hunstanton town centre and many other holiday amenities are about half a mile in the other direction, although the busy ‘land train’ which stops near the lighthouse travels along the cliff tops, stopping at the town centre and onwards to the south end of the town where you will find Tesco supermarket, the fairground and prior to those, the theatre, leisure centre, bowling and more. Walking along the cliff tops to Hunstanton is a ‘must’ at any time of year whilst you take in the magnificent panoramic views of the Wash and beyond with flocks of birds, fishing boats and distant sea views.
