Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Cancellation made but not registered; not our fault!

We did not stay at this property at all. We cancelled the reservation, but you continued to charge us for it. We have communication proof of this. We stayed at a different property, booked with you, and will answer that questionnaire, accordingly.
