Delightful apartment completely renovated, bright, quiet, finely furnished with a magnificent terrace.
In the heart of the lively Flaminio district, 15 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo (5 minutes by public transport), 10 minutes walk from the Auditorium Parco della Musica and the Maxi Museum and 30 minutes walk from the Vatican and the Vatican museums. A few meters away you will find Super Market Organic, pharmacy, shops, laundry, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, sports clubs and less than 50 meters Super Market Carrerfour open H24.
At 50 meters from the many bus stops and 15 minutes walk from the subway.
The apartment is on the first floor with elevator, it is composed of an entrance / living room with sofa / bed and open kitchen which leads to the beautiful flowered terrace furnished with an outdoor table.

Flaminio Terrace Flat

This is a charming place to stay. Everything we needed was right there and the owner even had a nice gift for us when we arrived. The neighborhood is very nice with many restaurants in just a short distance and a store about two blocks away. It is right on a trolley line for moving around the city and the Piazza de Popolo, where many tours left from, is just 1.5 km away. There was an unreasonable cold snap while we were there. The owner came by and put out a winter weight blanket as well as changing the air conditioning unit to heat. This was, by far, the most comfortable place we stayed in our two weeks in Italy. I would recommend this unit, and the gracious owner, to anyone.

Happy to found Maurizio!

Everything was perfect. Communication with Maurizio went smoothly. A local friend was even able to pick up the key from him a few hours before we arrived. Very uncomplicated and it was more easy for us with the arrival. Because we have a little struggle on the airport with the baggage and so we had less stress. The apartment was very very nice. Great central location (only three tram stops from Piazza del Popolo). Many restaurants and shops on site. Everything was very clean and also really modern and very cute. We were even greeted with a small plate of dolci from the pasticceria. A very warm welcome. We were completely satisfied! THANKS A LOT Maurizio! You make our trip perfect. :) Would choose everytime again! Best regards! Lisa

Excellent à tous points de vue!

Très bel appartement, fort bien équipé, confortable et décoré de façon sobre et raffinée. Nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous, rien ne manquait: moustiquaires partout, persiennes, tentes solaires, climatisation... A souligner: l'accueil très cordial du propriétaire qui parle bien français, s'est adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ et nous a très bien renseignés sur les transports en commun. De plus, la communication avec ce dernier est très facile. Merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue! On est très vite au coeur de la ville par le tram, les bus, le métro. Les commerces tout proches et les bars, restaurants sont un plus. Nous recommandons!

I rate the place as good, but had to leave after breaking my wrist in Rome

I bought insurance for staying in the ropertu. Did not stay there after April 27. I would like my money back from April 28 to May 6
