Recently renovated cozy modern studio on the topmost floor of the complex, offering breathtaking views from the balcony over Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel and the mountains, as well as the sea (side view).
Sandy beaches are only 250m away. There are 3 outdoor pools, a garden, a restaurant, and a supermarket on site.
Great location: numerous restaurants and bars, supermarkets are a step away. All main attractions are neaby: Paloma Park, Puerto Marina, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World, Arroyo de la Miel.

Accommodation provides air conditioning (cooling/heating), ceramic heater (for winter time), free 300 Mbps Fibre WiFi, Smart flat-screen TV with installed Netflix, Sky, YouTube etc. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine Nespresso, toaster. Studio area is 22 m2 + a balcony.

Other amenities/facilities that are free for our guests: full linen sets with additional pillows, clothes dryer, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron etc.

For your safety, we ask you not to lean out of the windows and balcony!

This property was perfect in every way. It was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. I could not fault it. The location is perfect. The owner is always available to answer a query and explained everything at check in.
