This condo location is perfect for the golfer in you. Located in close proximity to the all of Mesquite's golf courses and within walking distance to two Casinos. Below the complex, Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass. Come see why Mesquite is your destination for all occasions!!

Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

We stayed for a football tournament. It was perfect. Clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The neighbors were so wonderful. Plenty of room. Great location and we would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and convenient

Our stay was great. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. It is conveniently located in Mesquite. We had a smoke detector start to beep and I contacted the property manager and they resolved it quickly.

Pleasantly surprised by Mesquite

Landscaping was well designed and well maintained. Full time residents within complex were quiet and friendly. 3bR, 2 bath was roomy and met all our needs though upgrades and attention to a few household items in disrepair would make a more positive first impression on guests. Overall enjoyed property and would consider a return stay.

Great Location-Very Dirty

Great location, pool was great. The condo was not clean at all. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in months and the carpet needs to be cleaned. The towels need to be updated they are stained black. Kitchen utensils/knives need to be updated as well. Other than that our stay was good.

Nice condo with abundance of towels (helpful with the pool) and good kitchen tools. Easy to get everywhere, as no traffic. Bowling alley closely was fun. Everyone nice in pool and in the community. Awesome views in all directions.

Easy access to quality golf courses.

Really nice two story townhouse style property. Perfect for a golfing getaway. Most of our group did a package of golf and stay at the Eureka Hotel. Very happy with my choice to spend my money at this place in lieu of the beaten down hotel experience.

Great condo

Thus condo was great. Plenty of space for 6 people and very clean. The property management group was great. We couldn't find an ironing board and called them and they went and bought a brand new one and brought it by within 45 minutes. I will point out that the pool is much smaller than it appears. It was definitely crowded with a few small groups there. Otherwise it was great.
