The villa, fully renovated in 2014 and with a modern interior is in Premantura near Kamenjak National Park, only about 300 meters from the beach and the sea.
The villa consists of three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor. It has about 180 m² of living space and can accommodate up to ten people. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, kettle and other appliances is separate from the living room and dining room. The latter is spacious and furnished with a dining table, a large sitting area with coffee table, a TV cabinet and a TV with satellite channels. There is a sofa bed (140x200cm) for two people in the living room. Two bedrooms have one double bed (160x200cm), one bedroom has double bed (180x200cm), one bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm). There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. The two bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet and one of them also has a washing machine.
The villa has two terraces, one of which is a veranda, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a small games room with air conditioning next to the pool. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are provided. You can park your car securely behind a lockable gate.
It is only a five minute walk to the nearest beach and town center with shops and restaurants.
