If focus on family and fun is what you're looking for, then this is the home for you. Do you dream of having your family together, yet not on top of each other? Resort like amenities without sharing with lots of strangers? With activities for every age group and interest? Look no further!! We bought and decorated this home to be our Full Time Family Retreat. Due to changed circumstances we are not able to live here full time, so are offering to share it with other families who also value time spent with loved ones. Our Rustic Themed, Private, 6600Sq Ft home offers plenty of room for everyone.

This home sits on 6 acres at the end of a peninsula, adjacent to 28 acres of Corp Land, just waiting to be explored. Over 1000ft of shore line, with easy entrance into the water. Perfect for swimming and kayaking. Water Lily Pad provided for your fun! 8 Kayaks provided Free for your use. Water toys of noodles, floaties etc. Be sure to bring your water shoes. It's called Table Rock Lake for a reason! Some life vests included...plenty of adult, variety of youth sizes and infant size. Plenty of room on property for car and boat parking. Baxter Marina is just down the road for launching your boat, boat rental or slip rental. Small and Large Coolers provided, along with camp chairs to take on your adventures outside of the home.

All sleeping accommodations are in Bedrooms, 3 of them Master Suites. No pull out couches! No Air Mattresses! Beautiful Black Walnut, live edge Dining room table seats 10. Unique Burl Maple kitchen table seats 8. Outdoor patio grill area with 2 tables and chairs for 16. Large Gas Grill. Fire pit, with wood included for those nights around a fire recalling family adventures…and making new ones. Our grandkids love using the sand around the fire pit has a big sandbox. Sand toys included. Large, level backyard for your family fun time. Outdoor games of Cornhole, Horseshoes, Croquet and assorted children's balls and toys. Checkers and Tic Tac Toe on unique hand crafted stump tables located on the totally screened in main level patio. No bugs allowed! Indoors is a Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, 60 game Arcade, Darts , Large Connect 4 and assorted Family Board games. Also kids toys, puzzles etc.


2 Family entertainment rooms, with large TV's. 2 fully furnished kitchens, with a total of 3 ovens for those large dinners. Kitchen small appliances include 4 slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker(just bring your favorite flavor), Drip coffee maker(filters provided), Blender, Griddle, Crock Pots, Insta Pot and more. Basic kitchen staples included for your convenience include tin foil, baggies etc. No need to pack salt, pepper, spices, sugar, flour etc. We have it for you! Our goal is to provide everything in the Kitchen that you could need, and wish you had at home. Washer and Dryer included, along with detergent etc.

For those nights you don't want to cook, you can find several locally owned restaurants in the area. Kimberling City and Branson West are only a few minutes away offering more choices.

Centrally located between Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon. Both only a short drive away. Branson area is about a 40 minute drive for those times you want to enjoy the shows and activities offered there.

Perfect family home

We just returned from a week vacation. This home is amazing!! Immaculately maintained, well stocked with anything you might need. Location is perfect if time together is your focus. We really enjoyed the game area, card nights, and the lake!! We also loved that everyone had their own space but there was also plenty of room to come together.

The perfect lake retreat!

If you go on yearly family vacations like we do every year and are looking for a place where you can relax, go to the lake, or go into town to have fun this is your place. We took a couple days just around the house kayaking in the lake, playng games, or just reading on the screened in porches. The other days you're close enough to Eureka Springs or Branson to go have a little entertainment for the kids. We had a 13, 18, and 9 year old with us and not once did they say I'm bored (which if you have teenage girls you'll know what I mean). The house was clean and had everything we needed or wanted. We loved every moment of it. Thank you Cyndee for a great house and time!

House on Table Rock Lake

Beyond expectations! Some much to do at the house that we only drove to Branson a few times. Swimming, Kayaking, indoor and outdoor games. We have never had such a relaxing vacation. We had three families staying which included 5 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of bathrooms, everyone had their own bed and house was so big when adults and kids were separated, we never heard the kids playing. The only negative, which the owner warned about, is phone and internet access. My wife and myself have Verizon’s So sis not see an issue while in the house but the rest of family had ATT and experience issues. Seemed like in the evenings we could not use TV due to internet access, but I was able to use phone to watch news or movies. We did not miss the it because there was so much other things to do in the house. Thank you for sharing your home and we have already discussed renting it again next year. Mac

Perfect Getaway!

Do yourself a favor and book this location. It is a beautiful home with many amenities, such as multiple bedrooms with ensuites, that are perfect for a large group. All bedrooms had spacious closets and plenty of storage. We loved the screened in porches, pool table, game room, raft, fire pit, tiki torches, lake access, and dining tables that held our whole group. Sadly, due to our own scheduling, we weren't able to use the kayaks, but they were there had we made the time. It was very handy having beach towels available for our use there at the lake and while out on our boat. We cooked three meals a day while there in the well stocked kitchen. The double ovens came in very handy as did the second refrigerator located on the lower level. Cyndee was quick to answer questions and was very gracious and accommodating. Thank you for that Cyndee. The outdoor area was very beautiful and private. Perfect for our "loud" family. We even hired a local photographer to take family photos while there. (pre-approval was requested first) I cannot say enough good about our stay here. The photos on the VRBO site do not do it justice. it is a very lovely home.

this property is very private ( secluded) which is a plus but a bit far from town. Everything worked properly and was spacious enough for a much larger group than the eight of us. Several deer visited the yard on a couple mornings.

Outstanding! You can tell Cyndee and Terry put a lot of thought into making this a great experience for families. If you should happen to forget something I would almost bet they have it there for you. Everyone had a great time, even the grand baby! Family Dream Vacation

You would have thought we were at a vacation resort with all the amenities. Everything is provided for your entertainment. The game room provided for shuffleboard and air hockey competitions; the private beach is perfect for swimming and kayaks, floats, water toys and life vests are provided. The poximity to the Baxter Marina makes it convenient to rent a boat. The grandparents especially enjoyed the bedrooms on the main level allowing them space to periodically retreat from the hubbub of all the "fun." Cyndee is a very gracious hostess and makes you feel welcome to share their lake getaway. This is a real gem property.

Three couples stayed here for a friend’s wedding on the lake and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house is beautiful, amenities were awesome, and Cyndee was such a great host! Lake house ideal for family gatherings

If I could give this property and Ms. Cyndee 10 stars, I would! The home was very spacious. Our family of 11 (ranging in age from 9 months to 64) had plenty of room to gather for meals, games, and movie watching. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. The homeowner was very accommodating and communicated before, during and after our visit. The home was secluded, which we appreciated, but keep in mind staying here will involve a 30-45 minute drive through the hills to get to local attractions in Branson. If you stay during warmer months, the lake is probably all of the entertainment you'll need. We stayed during the colder months, so ended up trekking to Branson most days for entertainment. The game room in this home was well furnished with activities for all ages. Highly recommend this property!

Great family get away!

We rented this beautifully appointed, spacious home for our family Thanksgiving this year and it didn't disappoint. My grandsons loved the property...they roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, explored the woods and shore line, and spent hours in the game room. Our host, Cyndee, has thought of everything one might need for their stay. Great property for making lasting family memories!

Annual Family Getaway to Branson

This was our second year to stay at this beautiful home! Our family absolutely loves everything about this property as our hosts make our stay fantastic. From the game room, spacious front and back yard where we can play outside games, sitting around the fire pit and making s’mores, drinking our morning coffee on the screened deck while overlooking the lake, etc. this home has everything to offer every age group! Relaxing Family Getaway

Our family of 9 including grandparents, grown children, and grandchildren loved this house! Very spacious, clean, with wonderful lake access, and all the amenities we needed. Beautiful and spacious home

As others have said, photos don't do this home justice. It is very spacious and well laid out. We had more than enough space for our group of 11 to sleep, eat, and hang out together, with plenty of opportunities for recreation, cooking, baking, and relaxing. The teen (and adults) enjoyed the downstairs, especially the game room - lots of options for fun. The main upstairs kitchen is very spacious and well appointed - we had all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils we needed for a week of cooking and baking. Plenty of time was spent in the 6 kayaks out on the water fishing and exploring. Our hosts did a great job of providing everything we could possibly need for a day outdoors or on the water - beach towels, grilling tools, lifejackets, pool floaties/rafts, and outdoor games. Cyndee was very responsive and even went out of her way to help us with a personal issue that arose. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again. Beautiful!

We loved staying at Cyndee’s beautiful home for the week! It was very clean and well taken care of. Plenty of space for all of us (3 families joined together for the week) and plenty of entertainment choices! From the kayaks to the game room with air hockey and shuffle board to the pool table, we never found ourselves needing anything else to do. Definitely bring your bug spray and water shoes as the walk down to the water’s edge is through the trees on a path. The water was calm and there was plenty of space to enjoy without having to worry about the passing boats. We actually enjoyed when a boat would go by and send waves our direction! There isn’t a lot of “beach” space so laying out isn’t really an option but there is space to set out the provided beach chairs to sit out there and enjoy watching the water. We saw many birds, turtles, a couple of lizards and a few snakes on our kayak trips and walks around the house and street! One house up the street has many goats and chickens which were fun to walk up and see. Definitely recommend this home! Everything inside the home was well organized and had everything you would need.
