Exclusive villa on the second line of the beach for up to 9 people, just 10 meters from the beach, with a large private garden, private pool, porch, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and large parking.
The house features a brand new and fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room, a terrace, a porch, well-maintained gardens, four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional toilet.
Its location is simply perfect, just a short walk from the beach. There are small shops nearby, as well as large supermarkets (no need for a car). In addition, there is a bus stop next to the house that connects to Málaga city and Nerja town.

Très belle maison
Belle maison, extérieurs très agréable. Manque des accessoires du quotidien tel qu'une machine à café (ou produits de bain, à minima du savon). 3ème salle de bain inutilisable, c'est dommage. Propriétaire réactif mais manque de souplesse et se réfère au contrat pour chaque question.
Sinon dans l'ensemble, superbe maison et bien situé.

Unas vacaciones excepcionales
Todo, casa amplia, cómoda, con todo lo necesario, jardín y piscina estupenda, zona de barbacoa muy bien equipada, aparcamiento dentro de la casa, en fin nos ha encantado todo. Espero poder volver.
