Independent apartment of 55sqm on the entire upper floor of a typical mountain chalet. Completely built in wood, it has 1 living room with dining room and sitting area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 steel kitchen + 1 large corner balcony (15sqm). Adjacent garden of property (600sqm) and driveway with private parking lots. Picturesque property set in an exquisite natural setting. Quiet and relaxing, for couples or families, for all seasons.

If you are looking for a pure immersion in the sounds and silences of nature, you have found the Chalet Marina ... The charming wooden construction and the typical mountain furnishings convey the real warmth of home. The ceilings up to 3 meters high, the large balcony and the garden, make the spaces even more livable and pleasant ... from season to season.

Guests can use the entire apartment and the large adjacent garden (particularly loved by four-legged friends!). In the warmer months it is recommended to have lunch and dinner on the charming balcony.

Tranquillité

Parfait endroit pour se resourcer et passer quelques jours dans la nature, la tranquillité et sous le soleil. Seul le bruit des cloches des vaches a pu perturber par moment le panorama. Le chalet est bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et s'y sentir à l'aise. A recommander chaleureusement. Voiture indispensable.

Super séjour dans le chalet de Marina : logement très confortable tout en bois, avec un super balcon et jardin pour profiter des extérieurs. Emplacement idéal pour faire de la randonnée. Hôte très réactive.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Chalet und inmitten der einzigartigen Natur sehr genossen! Wir hatten etwas Mühe das Chalet zu finden, da die eingetragene Lage in der Karte nicht korrekt ist. Das Chalet befindet sich eigentlich kurz vor Crego, von Premia mit Gebäck ca. 45 Minuten Fußmarsch :)

Lo Chalet Marina è ideale per chi ama pace e natura. La casa è ampia, comoda e ben attrezzata. La posizione molto tranquilla. Tante possibilità di escursioni sia nei pressi che nella più alta Val Formazza. A 10' di auto dalle Terme di Premia, un gioiellino. Un suggerimento per l'host: dare indicazioni in termini di distanza dalla provinciale per raggiungere la casa e identificarla con facilità

Chalet molto carino, accogliente e con tutto il necessario. Splendida vista. A mezz'ora di cammino dai bellissimi orridi di Premia e dalle marmitte dei giganti. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le diverse vallate presenti nelle vicinanze compresi quelli svizzere con numerosi sentieri. Consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla, rilassante e all'insegna della natura.

Splendido appartamento immerso nella natura, in posizione tranquilla, ma vicino al piccolo paese di Premia. Appartamento adatto a 4 persone, cucina e bagno piccoli ma dotati di tutto il necessario!

La casa è molto bella e accogliente. Bellissime la terrazza e la vista. Posizione invidiabile anche per la vicinanza a molti posti da visitare. In particolare orridi di Uriezzo a 3 minuti di strada, Alpe devero e val Formazza a 25 minuti. Unica pecca, se vogliamo chiamarla tale, la mancanza di un camino che nelle giornate invernali sarebbe il top. Detto questo ci tornerei sicuramente

ruhige Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht

Ein schön gelegenes Häuschen, abseits der großen Straßen mit Sicht auf die Berge. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen: ca. 12 km von der Alpe Devero, 20 km vom Val Formazza, die Schluchten von Uriezzo sind direkt vom Haus aus zu erwandern. Gut eingerichtet, gemütlich. Wir konnten unsere Woche genießen. Auch bei Regen gab die Überdachung der Veranda uns einen trockenen Platz, um im Freien zu essen. Ines und Michael

fine settimana in relax

La casetta è molto accogliente e ben strutturata: ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio ed è stato piacevole trascorrere un fine settimana in compagnia e a contato con la natura. La posizione è favorevole al relax con tante possibilità di passeggiate ed escursioni alla scoperta di luoghi davvero incantevoli nelle vallate. Ci torneremo un giorno perchè ci è davvero piaciuta molto.

Chalet in mezzo al verde con vista magnifica... per chi ama la tranquillità! Tipica casa di montagna con bel terrazzo per pranzi e cene... comunicazione con host ok!!! Consigliato
