Småländischer Hof with rural feeling

Can you experience the real Smaland? Then you should rent our house Kärshult!

Kärshult is a former, typical Småland farm with a stable, neighboring buildings and gardens, surrounded by meadows, on which cows graze with their calves. The Hof and its surroundings are reminiscent of Lönneberga and Bullerbü.

The road leading to the house runs as a forest road 9 km further. Over here you can reach more Waldseen, where boats are ready to lie to the Angel. The road is also attractive for bicycle tours and walks, where you can collect forest bears and eating mushrooms. From Kärshult to our Hof Hallforsen it is 1 km.

The house Kärshult is a block house, built in 1840.

In 2011, we refurbished with the goal of retaining the old style and offering comfort. The experience is a unique living experience that allows modern living in spaces with tradition.

Kärshult offers a 160 sqm living area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with oven, a fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub, three bedrooms with a total of seven beds; a bedroom with fireplace. (The washing machine is located in the bathroom.)

There are garden furniture, barbecue and sandboxes.

Lovely and remote

Such a beautiful old, but well renovated house! So cosy with the fireplaces in the kitchen and the living room. All the amenities you need as a family with kids.

Fantastic Place

Carine and Anders were very friendly. We could visit the farm with our children and had the possibility to by some moose meat! And what a lovely house and surroundings!! We loved it!!

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were very communicative and helpful. The house is wonderfully charming and even though we had relatively bad weather we still had a great time chilling and enjoying the house. The surrounding nature is beautiful for hiking and also gravel/mountainbiking. I even found some moose and wolve tracks while hiking. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and nature.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus: Sonne, Badewetter, Blaubeeren, Preiselbeeren, Pfifferlinge, Ruhe, Sternschnuppennächte, ein Grundstück, das in so vielen Ecken zum Verweilen einlädt, Frühstück auf der Terrasse, malerische Joggingrunden, ein wunderschöner Badestrand, ein toll eingerichtetes Haus mit dem schönsten Schlafzimmer, in dem ich je geschlafen habe und sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir sind erholt und glücklicher wieder nach Hause gefahren.

We hebben hele fijne dagen gehad in dit mooie en warme huis. Het was mooi weer tijdens ons verblijf en we hebben daardoor veel buiten kunnen doen: wandelen, fietsen, varen, vissen, zwemmen, voetballen. De verhuurders wonen dichtbij en waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden gebruik maken van hun boot, waarmee we op een van de meren in de omgeving konden varen. Het was fantastisch om zo midden in de natuur te zijn, we zagen reeën en hazen om het huis, heel erg leuk!

Entspannen in Schweden

Wir haben ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus vorgefunden, in dem wir eine wundervolle Woche Entspannungsurlaub erlebt haben. In der Nähe gab es einen See, auf dem wir mit einem gemieteten Boot einige Fahrten unternommen haben. Baden war dort auch möglich. Die Vermieter waren super nett und aufgeschlossen.

Liebevoll eingerichtet

Wir haben unseren Urlaub nach einem Kurzaufenthalt in Stockholm noch um ein paar ruhige Tage in Südschweden ergänzt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und war für uns optimal. Die Kommunikation mit Carina und Anders lief reibungslos. Das Haus ist vorwiegend mit historischen Möbeln eingerichtet, was auch den Charme ausmacht. In der Einrichtung fehlte es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ruhe

Wir waren im Sommer hier und haben die ultimative Ruhe und das tolle Flair sehr genossen! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter weg aber die direkte Umgebung ist einfach perfekt zum Runterkommen und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Genau was wir uns erhofft hatten.

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft! Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Eigentümerin spricht sehr gut deutsch. Die Lage ist abgelegen und sehr ruhig, die Natur lädt zum entspannten und verweilen ein. Hier kann man sich sehr gut von dem ganzen Trubel im Alltag erholen! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Una casa perfecta para disfrutar de Smaland

La casa es muy cómoda y está decorada con mucho gusto. El jardín es grande y tiene árboles frutales. Levantarse cada mañana y recoger unas cerezas es un lujo. Alrededor de la casa hay varios lagos donde nadar o remar en alguno de los botes a disposición de los huéspedes. A 30 minutos en coche hay varias excursiones interesantes. Carina nos aconsejó también varios cafés para disfrutar de una "fika". Un destino ideal para disfrutar de Suecia.

Fantastic!

When you seek silence, a place to come to rest, and a house that fits like a glove, don’t look further! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 10 days, (end of August 2022), together with our two daughters, 16 and 18 years old. All 4 of us had the most relaxing holiday since a very long time. The house itself is very spacious, cozy, comfortable and full with old elements. On the pictures it is already very nice, but in real life it’s even better. We often said to each other during our stay that we would be happy to live in it!! Carina and Anders thought of everything, plants, candles, in every window a cozy light, the spacious kitchen is very well equipped. The piano was my youngest daughter’s favorite! It has a very nice garden with several places to sit and a great view on the forest behind te house. My favorite place was the wooden bench on the porch on the back of the house. The surroundings are great too. Woods for nice walks are next to your doorstep and there are a few lakes to use for fishing (if that is your thing) and some for swimming. In every lake there is a rowing boat owned by Carina and Anders, free of use. Communication with Carina was very good! Do not hesitate to book this house, it is fantastic!

Einsamkeit und Ruhe - perfekt zur Erholung

Das Haus ist wundervoll eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir wurden von Cariana herzlich empfangen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und angenehm. Der alte Hof ist total ruhig gelegen mitten in den Wäldern von Smaland fernab von Städten und Lärm. Die Kühe, die mit ihren Kälbchen auf der Weide nebenan standen, haben uns viel Freude gemacht. Wir haben sie gern beobachtet und sie uns.

Jättetrevligt sommarboende med idylliskt läge. Mycket vacker omgivning och trevliga ägare. Här finns allt man kan önska av vanliga vardagsbekvämligheter. Finns även massor att, se, göra och uppleva i närområdet inklusive en vacker och avskild badplats vid sjö. Toppen för barnfamiljer.

Gemütliches und geräumigen Feriemhaus in den Wäldern von Småland

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im herrlichen Ferienhaus von Carina und Anders - gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem Modernen, was man zum Leben, Kochen etc. braucht. Auf dem großen Grundstück ringsum ist viel Platz zum Spielen, Draußensitzen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bekamen Kartenmaterial und Tipps für die Seen ringsum, an denen jeweils ein Boot zur Nutzung bereitliegt. Auch sonst waren die Svenssons sehr hilfsbereit. Trotz der langen Trockenheit gab es doch viele Blaubeeren im Wald, und wir haben bei Carina und Anders am Hof Elchfleisch gekauft und gleich zubereitet - sehr lecker. In Skillingaryd (22 km Landstraße) gibt es zwei Supermärkte. Alles hat gut geklappt, wir haben den Urlaub in Kärshult sehr genossen, herzlichen Dank!

wunderschönes Zuhause auf Zeit

Dieses Haus ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Behutsam restauriert und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet wird es gleich nach der Ankunft ein Zuhause für die Ferien. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und den Platz in diesem abgelegenen Ferienhaus. Der Abschied fiel uns auch diesmal schwer ... aber wir kommen ja wieder:)) Ein tolles Haus am richtigen Platz mit sehr herzlichen Vermietern, die uns gern mit Elchfleisch versort haben.

Skønt hus ude i skoven

Virkelig hyggeligt hus med alle faciliteter. Nyistandsat, med masser af charme. Vi boede to familier i huset, i forbindelse med nogle dage på ski i Isaberg (ca 30 min væk i bil). Alt fungerede perfekt og udlejer var meget imødekommende.
