Prime Sea and Mountain views Home with pool

Modern house with pool and spectacular views of the island. It is located in an exclusive rural and residential environment with total tranquility. There are paths to natural pools such as the Pris, a large sports complex a few meters away and the distance is 10 minutes to areas of multiple services. Its orientation facilitates the best views of the Teide and allows you to enjoy many hours of light and warmth of the sun, the views of the Sea can be enjoyed from anywhere in the house, it is almost the sky.

The pool, garden and porch in combination with the spectacular views, make this house a totally pleasant and comfortable stay to disconnect and share with family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen equipped with top quality appliances and all kinds of utensils and accessories. The house is rented fully equipped with bed linen, towels and items necessary for use and enjoyment during the holidays. Surrounded by gardens overlooking the pool, sea and mountains and the surroundings of the El Pris area. We have extra beds or cots for babies, for large groups, The maximum occupancy of the house is 8 people including children.
Wi-fi connection throughout the house. Focused on family vacations and large groups seeking tranquility and comfort, in one of the best and most privileged areas of Tacoronte.

A really outstanding location

We spent 3 weeks in this beautiful house with a family of four during August/September - and it was a really fantastic stay. The property's most outstanding feature is its stunning view over the north coast of Tenerife and the Teide. Despite the house being located quite a bit above sea level, you can sleep hearing the sound of the waves approaching the coast. The house offered everything we could have wished for - starting from the well-equipped kitchen over the fast internet connection (even at the pool!) down to simple things like sufficient sheets and towels. Besides being perfect for spending relaxed days at the pool, the house also is a good home base for discovering the island. Many interesting sights are reachable within a 30-minutes driving distance. It's a 10-15 minutes drive to grocery stores and a wide choice of restaurants. In general, a rental car appears mandatory for the stay. The area was rather calm during the week, excluding the sounds of nature and - from time to time - the nearby airport. During the weekends, things got a bit more lively in the nearby villages & hotels, this carrying the good music and positive summer vibes also to us. Our hosts Angelica & Antonio took perfect care from arrival to departure. Everything was perfectly organized and they were always available for us. Thank you so much - we hope to see you again soon during our next stay!

Amazing home with unbeatable views!

We stayed five nights in this wonderful home, and it's challenging to describe this fantastic place adequately. Perched high above El Pris with stunning views of the coast and Mt. Teide in the distance, all outdoor spaces are absolutely stunning. We spent most of our time enjoying the heated pool and the comfortable furniture in the lush, well-manicured backyard. The sunsets are purely magical and must be seen in person to truly appreciate the feeling of golden hour. The indoor spaces were extremely clean, very comfortable, and highly functional. The kitchen, bedrooms, living room, and restrooms are all arranged well and warmly decorated. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in until departure. Speaking of our arrival, host Angelica was absolutely outstanding. She greeted us warmly, showed us around the property, and even did some grocery shopping before we arrived. After 14 hours of travel from the USA, it was fantastic to just begin relaxing the moment we walked in. Angelica is the BEST!! We can't wait to return!
