Eden Rock is an immaculately presented bungalow situated in the heart of Rock.

Eden Rock is an immaculately presented detached two bedroom bungalow which has been renovated throughout by the current owners. Equipped to a high standard with oil fired central heating, hardwood flooring and a modern kitchen diner with plenty of space for four people.

The property has a good sized rear garden with two sets of French doors leading out to a large sun terrace with outdoor seating.

Driveway with path leading to front porch, ring doorbell fitted, with a spacious entrance hall.

Lounge - with ample seating for four guests and a log burner to use in the cooler months. TV and DVD player.

Kitchen - With modern units and tiled floor leading to dining area with table and 4 chairs. 2 sets of French doors opening out to the large patio and garden. Wall mounted TV.

The property has two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and built in double wardrobe and dresser with stool. Wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed with built in wardrobe. Wall mounted TV.
Bedding, towels and tea towels are not included but can be hired if required from local linen providers, (Atlantic Laundry, or North Cornwall Linen).

Family bathroom with wc, bidet, bath (not full length) and separate free standing shower.

Outside - there is a good sized rear garden laid to lawn with pretty shrubs. There is a patio surrounding the rear and side of the property with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

Bookings are for 7, 14 or 21 days from Saturday to Saturday

Why they chose this property

This property was a tired little bungalow when we purchased it in 2012 but even then we fell in love with it. Since that time we have worked hard to make it a comfortable home and now we have achieved it, we felt we wanted to give others the opportunity to enjoy it when we cannot be there. Please look after it as your own and enjoy your time in this special place.
