Le Castella seaside holiday villa
Spacious villa composed of two independent apartments.
Located in Steccato di Cutro in an exclusive and reserved sea area.
The holiday home is located 300/400 meters from the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast. A few meters walk you can reach grocery stores, fish shops, bars, pharmacies, bathing establishments.
The ideal starting point for anyone who needs a bit of relaxation, just a stone's throw from the sea!
The Villino is composed as follows:
Two large apartments each of which is composed as follows:
- New and refurbished kitchen (complete with utensils / pans / dishes)
- Bright living room with a double sofa bed
- Room with double bed with additional beds / bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine
outside it is possible to enjoy a common space so composed:
Large outdoor area with double private parking, barbecue and outdoor shower
The house is completely renovated and perfectly organized for long vacation periods.
Dogs and cats are welcome. We have a large fenced garden that is safe for pets.
