Quiet location but close to good road links

Pluses - a nice quiet apartment with a handy one stop shop opposite. The heating was very effective and warmed the rooms within minutes. The kitchen was well equipped and I found everything I needed. Minuses - I think prevous occupants had ignored the no smoking sign and traces of the smell lingered in the living area despite the air fresheners. Pigeons in the trees above my parking space were very free with their droppings and I resorted to a bin liner to cover the car doors.
