The main entrance places you on the top floor where you enter into the living room and the dining area. In the living room there is a large corner sofa whose two parts can be turned into two single beds. A 55”LED TV and DVD and CD player can entertain you.

From the vast glass openings you can enjoy the blue colors of the Falassarna beach and the Hellenic sky.

The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever necessary for a nice and cool living. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, an espresso as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, boiler, pots and pans are included. A wooden monastery style table for 6-8 people can be used for dining as the interior setting have nothing to jealous of the outdoor one as the large glass door offer direct view to the Sea of Crete. The view of the blue waters of the sea will captivate your sight and your mind.

The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the bedrooms dominate the colors of Cretan scenery. The grey of the rocky Cretan mountains, the brown of the sand and the green of the olive trees. The two bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and the third one has two single beds converted into one king size bed.

All the linen equipment brings the signature of COCO-MAT, well-known for its high quality organic products. Each bedroom has its own TV.

One veranda with pergola is in front of the living room furnished with a round table of 6-8 people suitable for taking your breakfast enjoying the outstanding natural beauty of the area. From the living room there is also access to the pool.

The outdoor areas are extended in many levels. All of them have a stunning view to the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. At the first level, there is a big hill full of trees and bushes recently planted. At the next level, the 52sqm pool is located.

There is also an exterior Jacuzzi of 2 people.
The guests can enjoy the sunbathing in the comfortable wooden sun loungers.

A dining area of 8 people with pergola is located at the same level. A barbecue will give you the opportunity to taste local products by cooking them by yourselves. At the next level, there is the outdoor living-room. A built-of-stone sofa with fluffy pillows constitute the ideal choice for gazing the one of the most beautiful sunsets having ever seen in your life.

Our little guests can enjoy at the playground found at a lower level in close proximity with the living-room area. Taking care for them, the area has been planted with grass to avoid accidents. The children can also spend their time on the other activities especially provided for them. Benches at the same level allow you to be even closer to them. And of course, a vineyard and olive trees could not but being included in a Cretan property. The two lower levels of the property are dedicated to these plants of particular value to the Cretan life.
