We offer you this fabulous 2 bedroom property with private pool situated on our secluded “Los Moradites” complex in Adeje. This villa has access to multiple different communal terraces with many exclusive features, surrounded in beautiful canarian gardens. It is a very unique villa and has a elevated remote position offering amazing panoramic views from its spacious terrace, hidden in the canarian style gardens. The property has been furnished to a quality standard throughout and is in immaculate condition.
There are several steps leading to the property, the villa itself is all on one level and you enter into the large open planned living area with a vaulted ceiling. The lounge has a 5 seater L shape sofa with coffee table and facing a 42 inch flat screen TV. Off the lounge is the diner/kitchen area with a stylish glass dining table with white leather chairs. The shaded pergola is from the roof of the villa which has been extended outwards towards the pool with beautiful white curtains dangling down which can be tied up or left hanging. There is a huge 8 x 3 meter private pool with roman style steps and a depth from 1.2 – 1.4 meters.
The pool terrace provides amazing views with its elevated position of the south of Tenerife and of the sea & the island of La Gomera in the distance. There are plenty of sun loungers available and a BBQ with outside kitchen area with various seating areas to chill out. This property tops it off with its remarkable location and views from the terrace, making this home a memorable place and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.
