Our stunning 3-bedroom townhouse is situated in Los Dolses (La Zenia), Orihuela Costa, and fits 2 to max 7 (max. 6 adults plus 1 baby cot).

The house is situated in a gated community which gives you more privacy and safety.

It features a stunning front garden with a seating area for wine and dining and boasts a beautiful view of the pool (shared) right outside in your back garden. It boasts a small view of the sea.

The house is southwest facing, which makes sure you have sun nearly all day.

Excellent holiday home

We have stayed in the Villamartin, Los Dolces area many times and this is one of the best properties we have rented. Everything you need is catered for inside and outside. Both owner and management team were very helpful. We will be recommending the property to family and friends.

Lovely stay

This is a lovely comfortable property, it has everything you you would need for your stay- even a coffee machine, which is a must for me. The kitchen is really well equipped and the added bonus of a gas bbq make feeding the children super easy. The beds were very comfortable and with air con in every bedroom we all slept brilliantly. The pool is literally out the back door and had shallow sections for the kids to play in we spent most of our days at the poolside as it was so lovely. A brilliant stay in a very comfortable house.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

This house was ideal for our 3 week family holiday. The direct access to the lovely pool with the back patio at poolside was brilliant. We spent day after day in the pool, and got on really well with all the residents and holidaying neighbours. The house was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very useful for the summer heatwave! The kitchen was also really well equipped. We enjoyed meals and evening drinks outside at the front of the house in the lovely garden/on the front patio as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house and would recommend it to anyone!

Nice break

We had communication with both the owner and the property manager and both we quick to respond and give information required. The villa is lovely everything you could ever need especially in the kitchen. The rooms are nicely designed and mainly clean just a bit of dust under the beds, the main bedroom leads out on to a roof terrace which is lovely. The internal doors could do with the catches sorting they are a bit jammy but overall the villa is fab. The area has changed quite a bit since we came last time but there are lots of supermarkets and the shopping centre is vast and offers plenty of retail therapy if you fancy it. It’s a bit of a hike to the beaches from the villa but the costal walk is very pretty. The beaches are very nice especially in summer ( we had cooler weather when we were there 😐) We had fun riding the electric scooters which are available to hire around the local area and the app allows you to log on and see where the nearest ones are to you and not too expensive. Overall we would recommend the villa to friends and family .
