About this property

ENTIRE TOWNHOUSE CABO ROIG CLOSE TO BEACH PRIVATE GARDEN

Situated within walking distance to the infamous strip (where all the bars and restaurants are), beach and La Zenia boulevard all in walking distance . Parking is outside the property, so shopping can be taken into the property with ease. The front garden is seated for 6 at the table covered with a parasol, 2 x sun loungers, a BBQ area, and a 2 seater table for your cold drinks after the beach. Then walk into the living room area where you will find seating for 5 and a dining room tables and chairs. Room leads to an open plan kitchen with all the facilities needed. In to the rear place to dry your clothes after the beach, wash them in the our washing machine supplied and everything to dry your clothes. We have a downstairs bathroom with a toilet and hand sink. Upstairs, there is a full shower room, 2 double bedrooms which can be made into 2 singles each or doubles. Please let us know. The master bedroom leads out to a solarium , and you can enjoy the evening sun sets with a comfortable table and 2 chairs. The villa is part of a community, so it has 3 stunning pools and gardens. Please see the photos. The villa is west facing so not too hot and not too cold. If we can make your holiday special or need further information, please let us know.

Great short trip

Fantastic communication with the owner for this quick trip to Spain for a couple of days golf in the sun. Good location for nearby courses. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice and clean house, well equipped with anything you need. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Neil is the best Host we have had in many years of using VRBO!!

Nichts für saubere deutsche Urlauber. Deutsche TV sehr schlecht. Die Couch so weich das man kaum wieder hoch kam. Kaum Geschirr in der Küche, Innenschränke sehr unsauber. Die geschlossene Aussenterrasse war undicht, so das beim Regen das Wasser an den Wänden herunter lief, durch die Feuchtigkeit Schimmelbildung an den Dachplatten. Auflagen von den Sonnenliegen zerrissen. Metallsitzgruppe ohne Sitzkissen. Der starker Geruch von den Abflüssen wurde von Tag zu Tag schlimmer. Hatten 3 Wochen gebucht und sind am 6 Tag abgereist.

Probably one of the most demanding guests we have ever had in the 6 years. Tried to rectify everything which we did but the list just continued as the cliers were looking for excuses. The sunlounges were i guess torn to make things worse. We had had the worse storms in Spain and weather warnings from the government to confirm. Part of the fridge was broken when i arrived. Im sorry you have had to write a response as you have but is unjust. There is plenty of crockery and everything a client will need for a stay in the house.

A great base for exploring

It was a good base for us to explore the Costa Blanca and brilliant location with teenagers as lots of bars and restaurants and Zenia Boulevard shopping within walking distance. The house had everything we needed - communal pools, bbq, good wifi and all other home comforts. The whole process was easy and straightforward. Neil provided lots of info and replied to any query straight away. Recommended

He pasado 10 días en este alojamiento con mi familia. La ubicación es perfecta, el lugar es tranquilo y cerca de la playa y de las zonas de ocio. La urbanización tiene varias piscinas y es ideal para ir en pareja o en familia. Teníamos todo lo necesario en la casa y todo limpio. Volveremos!

Excelente Ubicación para una escapada

La casa es muy acogedora, equipada y con espacios ideales para una cómoda estancia. Muy cerca de la zona comercial y de la playa, permite disfrutar de los alrededores con apenas moverte de casa. Todo esta como se muestra en las imágenes. Neil ha sido muy amable y el proceso de entrada y salisa muy sencillo.
