We are proud to present our luxury, three bed private villa close to blue-flag, sandy beaches, award-winning golf courses as well as the ever popular Cabo Roig Strip and La Zenia Boulevard. This delightful property was our family home for many years and its true home away from home personality shines through. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood but only a stone’s throw away from everything you need for your perfect holiday and all in an area enjoying three-hundred days a year of sunshine. The villa has its own private pool, garden and barbecue area as well as a small, equipped gym.

The ground floor of the villa boasts a large conservatory, open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a downstairs double bedroom with patio doors which lead directly onto the pool area together with a large family bathroom. For those needing to work whilst away there is also a small office area with everything you need. Upstairs, you can find two more double bedrooms both with their own private balconies, and a second family bathroom with full bath.

For your absolute comfort, there is air conditioning in every room provided at no extra charge (this also acts as a source of heat in the winter). In addition, we provide the full range of UK TV channels together with some European options. Additional foam beds designed for children or a travel cot can also be provided by request to be used in any room of the property of your choosing for full flexibility.
