Welcome to our Penthouse in the Aguamarina part of Cabo Roig.

Det har bare været remodeled til de højeste standarder for dig at nyde. It has two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, american style kitchen, living room and three balconies / roof terraces. It also features a storage room and a secure underground garage spot.

De kjøkken er fuldt udstyret til din hvis du ønsker at lave din egen madlavning. Ellers har du mange restauranter og barer rett utenfor døren! You have about 200 meters to the nearest supermarket, and a 5 minute drive to Zenia Boulevard (one of Spain's largest malls) and 3-4 famous golf courses.

The apartment features a big screen TV, Playstation, bluetooth speaker, electric reclining sofa / chairs and first class beds for your full pleasure. Of course it also has AC and central heating in every room. On the terraces you have dining possibilities, a big stone grill, loungers etc.

Great apartment

Perfect for 4 adults on a family break. Apartment was very clean, Changover lady was very pleasant and helpful. Roof terrace caught the sun for the majority of the day and the location to restaurants was perfect. Owner was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay great.

Penthouse property had good views and plenty space. Had a great bbq area. Nice wicker furniture comfortable. The property had all the equipment you needed and more. Access to beach equipment too. Great location to the supermarket and bakery.

Casa Familia Stay

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful 1 week stay at the Casa Familia. The whole process was smooth with excellent communication throughout. Great location with lovely things to do and places to see within walking distance. We hired a car for our trip and there are some great places to visit that are not too far away too. The apartment was as described, was very well equipped with all we could need for our stay. We are already hoping to visit the area again and would definitely rent this apartment when we do.

Amazing Penthouse Apartment

Absolutely top class Penthouse Apartment - truly "Home from Home" - it is immaculate with everything you need. The decor is superb too. Jesper is very friendly and anything we needed we just had to ask ! He brought his 3 little girls to see us one day 🙂 We stayed at Casa Familia for 8 weeks and were very happy and relaxed here. For this reason we have already booked for next year ! Very highly recommended !!!

Great base for our holiday

The apartment was clean,well stocked with kitchen utensils/pans,chairs for around the pool,hairdryers&straighteners. Supermarket accross the road and lovely bakery/cafe. Good position for many beaches and lots of choice for restaurants. Air conditioning was an absolute god send. Used the dishwasher and washing machine and clothes airer to dry. Jesper couldn't have been more attentive. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Luxury penthouse in fantastic location

Such a fabulous penthouse - amazing location in a quite & secure complex. 2 min walk to the Cabo Roig strip and consum supermarket, 5 min walk to beach. Pool is brilliant, always quiet. Amazing view from the roof top terrace. Apartment has everything you could need, and more! The sofa and the mattress on the beds are super comfy. Jesper was fantastic to deal with re booking and planning our arrival and Moi greeted us when we arrived - he was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this penthouse, we will definitely return 😊

Lovely Apartment

Beautiful apartment , nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need self catering .very well stocked with the addition of a few spices salt and pepper & oil ...Bed extremly comfortable , nice tv with English stations.Very quiet , pool area lovely and gardens well maintained. Easy reach of the "strip" many bars and restaurants ,,, shout out to Smiling Jacks as the most welcoming bar on the stripAnna was lovely on arrival and showed us round.2 sets of keys availableRoof terraces are good with a BBQ and lovely furniture. Communication with Jesper very good .... Water bottles available on arrival ... duly replaced ...Public transport links not so good for travelling around but beaches walkable ...La Zenia Boulevard definitely worth a visit. Market directly behind the apartments on a Thursday ... food and clothes at great prices Would happily visit again ...

Brilliant 11 night stay at Casa Familia. Our host, Jesper, could not have been more helpful. There can be a little bit of road noise - only noticeable in the second bedroom (which we were not using), and really only in early morning. HOWEVER, the apartment itself is one of the best equipped holiday apartments I have ever rented. The furnishings in the apartment itself and also on the rooftop solarium are absolutely top class. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a variety of sunbeds and chairs to enjoy at the beach or at the absolutely magnificent (and beautifully quiet) pool area.... Lastly, had the huge advantage of being very quiet at night, but just a few minutes walk to the nearest Supermarket and a variety of magnificent restaurants such as Del Puerto (around the corner) or Woko Cabana (a five minute walk down the strip) - to name just two. Would I pay a return visit - ABSOLUTELY.

the apartment was really good with a nice terrace on the top floor. There were no other people in the building so it was quiet and when we had dinner on the rooftop, no one else could see us so it was really nice to unwind there. The swimming pool was great. We were lucky because it wasn't crowdy but I can imagine in high season that when everybody is in the compound, it will be very busy. The one thing we did not like so much was the surrounding. Yes there are cafe's and restaurants around the corner but they are all situated near a busy road. So there are no bars at the seaside which is a pity of course. Overall we had a lovely stay at the penthouse but I would recommend everybody to rent a car so you can visit a lot of places

Netjes appartement op mooie locatie

Mooi appartement, prachtig uitzicht over de zee vanaf beide dakterrassen. Voorzien van veel praktische dingen, als boodschappenkarretje (goede supermarkt op paar honderd meter afstand), maar ook goed ingerichte keuken. Mooi rustig (in mei) strandje dichtbij, groter strand met voorzieningen ook dichtbij. Mooie onderhouden tuin en net zwembad met uitzicht op zee. Alles was netjes schoon en fijn ontvangen bij aankomst. Er was een stroomstoring, waardoor bellen en appen lastig was en we erg laat aankwamen, dit werd heel soepel en vriendelijk opgevangen.

Lovely clean apartment with great views

Easy process with Anna meeting us to check in. Apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped. It was also very closo cabo roig strip for restaurants and bars and a supermarket. Walks along the beach were lovely and accessible too.

Stunning Setting

This is a beautiful apartment in a stunning location overlooking the coast. Apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. Apartment is near shops, bars & restaurants but is very quiet. Jesper was great always available to answer any questions. Moi met us with the keys and showed us round. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment it truly is 5*
