A final cleaning of 80€ is mandatory with an anti-covid protocol. This amount will be given on arrival to the people who will give you the keys. It includes bed linen and bath towels. The beds are made upon your arrival.

Less than ten minutes by car you will find the shopping center of La Zenia Boulevard which houses 180 stores and has ample indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by the American Open Mall, you will find fashion, telephony, DIY, household appliances, restaurants, bars, a hypermarket, areas for children, playground etc...
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (except for the cinema and the leisure and restaurant area, which remain open later).

The surroundings of the apartment

Club House on Las Ramblas is the perfect place to have a drink and eat local and international cuisine.
It is located just 300m from the apartment.
This place has a lot to offer both in terms of restaurants and bars. The closest are all about 15 minutes walk from the apartment at a place called La Fuente. At La Fuente you will find 15 restaurants and 4 bars. By car 2 minutes!
You will also find supermarkets, bakeries, shops...

You are also not very far from Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin and Torrevieja (10 minutes by car).

Not far from Las Ramblas you can visit many famous places: Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena.

Not far away are many sandy beaches such as Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Mata...

Water sports are obviously practicable.

The popular Mar Menor region is around 15 minutes away. Many local bars and restaurants offer traditional cuisine. This place is well known for its lagoon and for the temperature of its water: 19° in winter.
There are other attractions in the area: Aquapolis, Aquapark Waterworld, a go-kart track, horse riding, painball, sailing, Rio Safari... so many activities that you can enjoy during your stay.

The apartment is located less than five minutes walk from the 18-hole Las Ramblas golf course. The golf courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Colinas (2021 award for the most beautiful golf course in Spain) are around 5 minutes away by car.
