Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment to rent in La Zenia, Spain (82.50m²).
From the south-east facing terrace you overlook the tropical swimming pool in Balinese style. It includes 2 mirrored swimming pools with different levels, the pool is surrounded with plants between which there are loungers to enjoy blissfully.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessities to spend a carefree holiday. All rooms have air conditioning (cold / hot).

There is a well-equipped open kitchen with all necessary appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine, an iron and board are also provided. There are also plenty of towels and bath towels as well as bed linen.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed via a staircase or via a lift.


It is part of a private urbanization with 100 other holiday homes in different types and the whole is fenced and closed with a fence. The domain has the necessary number of parking spaces where you can park for free.


La Zenia Beach is a small kilometer from the sea that can easily be reached on foot, + -15 minutes. There are also several beaches in the vicinity by car.

For golf lovers, it is the ideal base, with several terrains in the area.

The appartment is stunning. Spotlessly clean, facilities were outstanding. great location for access to the AP7 and 332 giving to options of beaches etc (with a car) but you could very easily not have a car and enjoy the amazing pool, shops are literally seconds away.

Great property in a great location

Property had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. There were plenty of towels and a range of sun beds, chairs and parasols too. The pool area was spotless too and very quiet.

Very nice apartment in a great location. It’s close to an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the beach. Very well equipped and really clean. Communication with the owner and airport transfers excellent. Will return again.

The perfect holiday for us!

Our family of 4 had a perfect week in this apartment. We enjoyed it very much! It was easy to book and easy to find. The location was for us perfect since we could walk to shopping and to the beach. Cleaning was good, balcony was nice and the swimmingpool area was very good. All over, we are so happy with our choice. We recommend it!

Lovely spacious clean modern apartment Beautiful surroundings with garden and pool areas huge shopping mall 2 streets behind and a mercadona store a few mins walk away Bars restaurants and cafes close by you can walk to sun on the terrace all morning till afternoon everything you need in the apartment hairdryer straighteners etc coffee machine toaster kettle and washing machine lots of space storage we loved it and the area cannot recommend enough
