 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and wc. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, extractor, oven and microwave and usual appliances. Private parking for a vehicle. Terrace with garden furniture and sun protection awning. Solarium on the roof.

Switch off and relax.

Ideal for family with access to a car, as most shops and restaurants are just a little too far away. Perfect for a relaxing break or a base to play golf on some of the surrounding courses.

Villamartin

The property is beautiful with everything that you could require, very modern and well equiped kitchen. The pool area and patio are stunning as is the roof terrace, perfect for a late night drink and relax. The property manager and owner were very helpful and were always on hand if we needed them. Overall a fantastic villa and i would highly recomend to anyone. I will go back. Thank you Nathalie and also Stephanie.

Gelungener Mädelsurlaub

Meine drei Freundinnen und ich haben den Urlaub in der Villa Naya rundum genossen. Es hat wirklich alles von Anfang bis Ende super funktioniert, sowohl die Kommunikation vorab mit der Besitzerin des Hauses hier über das Portal, als auch die Betreuung vor Ort. Jederzeit hatten wir einen Ansprechpartner bei kleineren, aufkommenden Fragen und dafür bedanken wir uns nochmal sehr. Ein großes Lob an den sympathischen Herrn in Spanien, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert. Man konnte sich einfach herrlich entspannen und abschalten. Ein modernes, gepflegtes Haus mit allem was man benötigt, vorallem eine super funktionierende Klimaanlage bei den heißen Temperaturen im Sommer dort, war doch eine große wohltat. Aber auch der Pool war für uns einfach hervorragend und ein großer Pluspunkt. Das einzige kleine Manko für uns, die doch relativ harten Matratzen in den Betten, aber das empfindet wahrscheinlich auch jeder anders:) Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir auf jeden fall gerne wiederkommen und haben uns schon ein klein wenig geärgert, dass wir nur eine Woche Urlaub gebucht hatten.

Tolles Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet

Leider Kommunikation nur auf französisch möglich, aber tolles Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet. Parkplatz ein Problem, auf dem eigenen Grundstück passt nur ein kleines Fahrzeug, parken in der Straße direkt vorm Haus verboten. Das könnte der Geund sein warum wir das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen werden.
