Fantastic 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa located close to Torrevieja Town Centre and just a 7 minutes walk to the Sea front and Los Locos Beach. The villa is located on a quite residential road and within easy walking distance of local restaurants bars shops supermarkets etc. Inside there is a fantastic living area filled with Light and 5 meter High ceilings, Modern kitchen with all main aplliances including dishwasher, 3 Bedrooms (2 Doubles both with Private Bathrooms and Terraces plus a Twin bedroom and family bathroom, the villa has Air-conditioning throughout and a European satellite system (some English speaking channels). DVD player, Music system, upstairs is a second large living area with Seating, selection of reading books, plus wireless internet access and free wifi. Outside is a large shaded Terrace with seating and dining areas and a BBQ. At the rear of the house is a private swimming pool, 4 Sun Beds, poolside Table and Chairs. The villa has parking for 3 cars.

Lovely villa. Mikel and his son both very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of room for everyone and ideal for our two small dogs with a green square just 2 minutes away.A very relaxing and enjoyable break. Highly recommended.Oh and the beautiful oranges and lemons Mikel provided were a lovely touch. Thank you!

We recently stayed at Mikels property for nearly a month. Mikel is a great host and exceptionally helpful. The house is ideally located and is around a 15 minute walk to the beach where there are a few nice places to eat - the supermarket is a ten minute walk. We loved our time here and will definitely visit again - thank you Mikel xxx

Family holiday

Very warm and welcoming, mikel took us to the shop on our first day and helped us plan our trip around the area. The property was perfect for us and had everything that we needed as a family. Mikel was a fantastic host and it was a shame to leave this beautiful property but hopefully be back again. Thank you for everything mikel, it was a wonderful week

A fantastic property

This villa had everything that was promised and more. The pool area was excellent and had lots of inflatables to use for the family. Miguel provided all the towels, bath, pool and beach which certainly helped. The villa was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. We arrived quite late but Miguel was waiting and had gone to the trouble of getting some food and drinks in for us. He provided lots of information and help about the area. I would definitely recommend this property to any family or group going to the area. We will certainly return!

Holiday in Spain 2023

Prior to arriving in Spain, we had good and useful communication and advice with Mikel. We were met at the property by Mikel on arrival, and he was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The property was clean, well stoked and met our families requirements. During our stay, we contacted Mikel with a few minor problems and or request for information. Mikel attended to all of our problems speedily and was a source of useful information. I would recommend this property and location to anyone thinking of visiting Spain.

A lovely well equipt house

Four adults and a baby in our party. We had everything we wanted in this house that was comfortable and provided all we needed. The bedrooms we spacious and well furnished, plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery and other kitchen equipment. We used the juicer every day to have fresh orange juice. The pool was nice and well used while we were staying. Plenty of bed linen and towels provided and we could use the washing machine when needed. Nice outside area with a lovely covered and well furnished area to sit and eat. Mikel, the owner was very helpful and even took me to get a small shop as we arrived late. Nothing too much trouble. The travel cot provided did not go up properly and Mikel got us a new cot the next day. A 7/10 minute walk to the quiet beach with a few bars and restaurants. A further 10 minutes walk took us into the main part of Torrevieja. We had a car and we found it useful for shopping and travelling to other parts of the coast, which we found enjoyable.

Die Villa von Miguel und seiner Familie ist hervorragend. Es ist alles ummauert sodass unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei rumlaufen konnte. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und die Familie ist sehr Gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Een mooi, ruim en compleet huis

We hebben een goede vakantie gehad in Torrevieja. De communicatie en ontvangst van Mikel is vriendelijk en correct. Een echte 5 sterren gastheer! Het huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is wel wat ouder, maar functioneert. Zwembad is groot, alleen hadden wij de pech dat het minder weer was waardoor het water koud was. Ook heerlijk ge-bbqt! Het huis biedt veel privacy en veel plekjes om lekker te chillen. Wat ons wat tegenvalt is de omgeving. Torrevieja is geen mooie stad. Lopen naar de betere restaurants kost 20 minuten tussen de grauwe straten door. Verwacht geen mooie pleinen oid. Ook de directe omgeving heeft weinig sfeer. Wel een goede Consum supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. Mikel, bedankt voor de gastvrijheid! Groeten, Pascal

Tolles Haus und tolle Gegend

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub in diesem Haus. Der Vermieter/Eigentümer ist super liebe, nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder ... ganz sicher. Die Lage ist super ... in 10 bis 15 Minuten kann man zu Fuß alles erreichen, was man benötigt ... Strand wie Einkäufe tätigen.

Perfect in every way!

Just returned from a most perfect holiday at Mikel’s beautiful home, the photographs did not do it justice! Our host Mikel was lovely, nothing was too much trouble, as we arrived late he shopped for the essentials for us, met us at the property, showed us around and gave us all the details of the area. The villa was well stocked with everything you need, it was very clean and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay again, it was just perfect, especially after the most awful 18mths we have all had. Thank you Mikel, hope to see you again!

Perfect house / perfect host

So happy we found Mikels house! It’s a perfect house with a lot of space for our familjy ( 2 adult and 4 kids) and a lovely area outside as well. Mikel is the best host! Everything just went smooth and simple. Now we know where we wants to stay next time! :)
