About this property

Alicante Villa With Air-con and A Private Pool With Large Secure Tiled Sun Area

You are renting the ground floor part of the villa next to the swimming pool. It will be private for your use only as no one lives in the top part of the villa which is not for rent and is locked up with my personal belongings in.

I use Leja villa’s to maintain and manage my villa, they will send you an email before staying to request arrival details, you will check into the villa through them, Lejavillas@villas-to-rent-in-spain.com, their office in in the high street around the corner from the villa behind Dos Mas, the contact is Lee.

The villa is in a private estate called La Escuera in La Marina; all the villas in this estate are significant and have a 1000 sqm plot. I am renting my four-bedroom, 2 Bathroom guest accommodation with fIbre WIFI, you will have the villa to yourself. Due to the villa's size, it has a large area for sunbathing, swimming, relaxing, all on one level.
I have had a new pool fitted in 2020. Walls surround the whole area, so it is very secure and private, although you are very close to everything. There are two large parasols and a gazebo. All the rooms have hot and cold air-con there is three coin operated meters, one in the lounge, one operates the two double bedrooms and one operated to two twin bedrooms. They take one or two euro coins. The coins last a long time, this is there so the units are not left on 24hrs a day. All rooms have remote control Ceiling fans. When i go i hardly need the air con as the marble floor keeps the villa cool.
The villa has everything you need. You walk out your front door, and the pool is right in front of you. It is all on ground level. There is lots of garden furniture and eight sunbeds. Next to the pool is the perfect place for an early evening barbecue. Or venture out to the town for a lovely meal. You can buy portable BBQ’s in the local hardware shop in the village then just throw in the bin outside after use, please do not put wipes down the toilet as it blocks the drains.
Lee the agent can arrange car hire or transport from the airport for you.
I recommend hiring a car as I love to go into Alicante town on a night out and to Torrevieja to visit the evening market, and it is just easier to get around.
However, if you just want a relaxing holiday around the pool, then Lynn will pick you up. La Marina town is a 15 min walk where you can find loads of bars and restaurants.
Due to the villa's popularity, the check out time is 10am, and the agent needs to get it ready for the next guests arriving at 4 pm. If you have a late flight home, it is recommended booking the villa for an extra night.

You are welcome to use the BBQ but please leave it clean after you have used it, If it is left dirty, i have to pay the cleaner extra to clean it.
Please do not sit on the new leather sofa's with suntan lotion on, please put down the throw before sitting down. Please put drinks mats on the table

I have owned it for about 12 years and bought it as a new build. I have decided to rent out to holiday makers my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom guest accommodation.
I have never rented it before but i have let friends use it.
I would like to try and cover my bills as currently i send around £10,000 per year for bills and maintenance.
I am sad to leave the villa as it is gorgeous.
I bought the villa because it was close to the airport and the beach. Its about 15 or 20 mins on the beach road N332 from Alicante. Very easy to find and a very central location.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property in 2010 newly built.
I looked at property in Cyprus and Turkey but decided on Alicante because it is 2 hours flight time from the U.K, It is close to the airport and easy to get to. It is close to the beach, in a private area that has no building work in an established area. It is also close to the Alicante, Torreveja, 5 mins drive from La Marina town with many shops, restaurants and supermarkets, 10 mins drive to the old town of La Marina.
It is a large property with a large plot so there is plenty of room to relax and have fun.
It is very peaceful. The only thing you can ever hear is the local cock waking up in the morning.
It is a very romantic getaway

What makes this property unique

Most properties in the area have small land and often a shared pool.
Because of the size of the villa it has a large paved area and its own pool, a gazebo that covers a large table and outside furniture, and on the other side of the villa there is 3 trees to give shade where you park your car.

All the money that is taken in rent is invested in the villa, after the bills are paid of course.
