Lovely Modern Detached Villa With Private Pool & Air Conditioning

This detached, modern villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday, and with 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 6 people. The lounge/dining area, and all three bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a lovely private pool with underwater lighting and surrounding sun bathing terrace. On the roof of the property is a large private solarium. Los Altos is a 40 minute drive south from Alicante Airport and 45 minute drive north from Murcia Corvera Airport to which there is plenty of choice in scheduled flights. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive to Punta Prima. Several other beaches at Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Torrevieja are within a 10 minute drive. Torrevieja town centre is only 10 minutes away. Markets are held 7 days a week. There are many bars, restaurants and shops to suit all ages and tastes, some just a few minutes walk from the villa. For golfers, there are four excellent courses in the vicinity, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca, all within a 20 minute drive. If you like shopping, a visit to the fabulous Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre is a must.

Wonderful villa in a great location

We had a fantastic ten day stay as a family of four in early August. The villa was spotlessly clean and is extremely well equipped. The pool was checked and cleaned throughout our stay, as well as having lots of room to eat / relax inside or out. The location of the villa is great, with a short walk to a complex with bars and restaurants - all of which are excellent value. There are many beaches to choose from, some busy, others that are quiet, take you time to research which suits you. We had a great stay at Kevin's villa and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others, we will definitely be returning in the future!

Highly Recommend this Villa

So enjoyed our time at this villa. Directions were very good we found it easily and received a warm welcome by Jacqui & Mike on our arrival. It's a lovely villa & the pool is great & well maintained by Mike. The villa was very clean and the aircon a bonus at this time of year. Only a short walk to some bars & restaurants at Via Park III would recommend the Chinese restaurant very good value for your money. If you want to venture a little further it's only 10 - 15 mins walk to the Emerald Isle which has a pool and good entertainment. A little further on there a more bars and restaurants, recommend The Abbey and Waldermars for eating. What better place to have celebrated by 60th Birthday! Only wish I had more holiday left to return this year!

Excellent Villa, perfect holiday

The villa was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Its in a great location with bars and restaurants within walking distance. the pool stayed warm all day from the sun. I will be definitely booking again. If I had to pick one fault it would be that it needs a good WIFI connection but other than that it was faultless. Many Thanks

Maintenance Required

Beautiful villa in a great location, however the villa is in need of some maintenance to external and internal areas. Great location, 10 mins from beach and walking distance to a few bars and restaurants but wont be visiting again unless maintenance has been carried out, shame because its a lovely villa just in need of a bit of TLC

Leanne visited the villa a year earlier in 2012 and absolutely loved it, so much so she booked again in 2013. The villa was the same in 2013 as it was in 2012. Unfortunately, in 2013 a member of her party broke a brand new parasol and we charged them 60 euros for a replacement. Leanne was not happy about being charged even though they were responsible. It seems coincidental that she should decide to leave negative comments, which are not justified, a year after having a great time!
