In Orihuela Costa, beautiful modern south facing fully air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large private swimming pool of 9 x 3 (HEATING OPTIONAL - contact the owner). If you wish, you can also enjoy a community swimming pool.
On the ground floor, the villa consists of a sunny living room all day (dining area, living rooms), a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This space is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The first floor has two beautiful separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture.
Outside, you can enjoy a garden with trees, a large terrace with electric blinds and a large south-facing swimming pool that can be heated on request (with supplement), all equipped with a large table, a plancha, a barbecue, sunbeds and parasols.
Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic), international TV channels (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.).
The villa is located in a residential area close to golf courses (Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Colinas and La Finca), beaches (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca) and all the shops of La Fuente are within walking distance (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM...).
5 minutes away you will find the large shopping center of Zenia Boulevard (more than 150 shops and restaurants) open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
A few minutes away, the city of Torrevieja and its entertainment and the surrounding cities Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, Cartagena...

Beautiful villa with a great location to bars and restaurant that were a 1 minute walk away. 10 minutes drive to some beautiful beaches and Zenia shopping mall. Opted for the heated pool which was great, lovely and warm in December/January. Brilliant hosts that sorted out any problems straight away. Problem with tv and a new tv installed within 2 days by Evette the key holder caretaker. The villa had everything we needed from towels to cleaning products!!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the villa. It was extremely well equipped, very clean and the pool was so lovely to cool off in the summer heat!The villa is in a great location, a short walk to lots of bars/restaurants and 2 super markets. It is also only a 10 minute drive to La Zenia beach and shopping centre, we enjoyed walking the coastal path from La Zenia to Cabo Roig!It was a very simple check in/check out process, we were met by the lovely Evette who showed us around the property.We would 100% recommend, and would love to stay there again!

Amazing Stay

The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay, we paid extra for the pool to be heated, and it felt like getting in a warm bath, the location is great, and a car is needed if you like to adventure out, but all the amenities are near by if you just want to stay local. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to return.

Great Villa, Great Location

This villa has everything you need for a wonderful family holiday. Lots of outdoor spaces to sit in the sun or shade if you prefer. The pool was excellent, especially with the heated option as we went in April. Inside the villa there bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen well equipped and great sitting areas. The location is fantastic, close to everything you could need whether eating out or supermarket shopping. We will be back.

Brilliant stay in a beautiful villa

The villa had everything we needed pool was heated and perfect for day and night swims. Evette the manager was great kept contact and there when we needed anything and very quick to respond. La Fuente square 3 mins walk away Adrianne’s restaurant is the best food and great price service is amazing. Champagne bar perfect owner nothing too much trouble and 2 cocktails for8 euros on happy hour 4-6pm great start to an evening.

Absolutely amazing

We can't recommend this property enough. The location of the property is perfect, also for sunbathing the pool gets the sun all day. Inside of the villa was absolutely beautiful, very light, spacious and clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with and all questions were answered. Can't wait for our return visit.

What can I say the villa is beautiful with everything you could need, the outside space is brilliant, lots of areas to sit on the sun and the shade. Check in and out is an easy process and communication with Rachel and Evette was really good. The location could be better with bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarket s close to hand. I would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends. We had a fantastic stay

Great villa. Good place to recharge and relax. Kids loved the pool. (As did we..haha) Absolute plus is the sun awnings around the villa. Theres always a nice shady place. Many restaurants at 150 mtr. (La Fuente) We loved it! Thanks!

Superb stay

We stayed at this villa for 10 days, and it was quite honestly better than we thought, even though the pictures had already proven what a beautiful villa it is. The place was spotless, it had great access to English tv channels and Netflix. The pool was perfectly heated (at our request) and we were able to spend a significant amount of time in the water even when the weather wasn't great! The location was fantastic with a lovely complex of restaurants and shops a 5 minute walk away. Rachel was such a good host, and Evette was kind enough to supply some milk for us as our flight arrived late and we were travelling with our 15 month old. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great Week!

The villa sits in a very quiet and pleasant residential area, with all amenities within easy walking distance (5 mins). The beaches are only a 10 minute drive away. We found the villa was ideal for 5 adults. It has all that you need for your stay and is clean, light and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the 3 separate outdoor areas - pool, BBQ/dining and balcony. Rachel and Evette were both quick to respond to our questions and couldn't have been more helpful. We would all thoroughly recommend a stay at this lovely villa.
