This is a beautiful two-bedroom fully furnished townhouse situated in a private gated community.
There is a front terrace with table and chairs, balcony from the main bedroom with table and chairs and solarium/roof terrace.
Inside is a lounge/diner, ground floor WC, and fitted kitchen with slide and swing doors opening up to the rear terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one double and one twin) with fitted wardrobes, family bathroom and stairs to the second floor landing.
It is located within 200m of beaches, bars, and restaurants and is only 5 minutes drive from 3 top championship golf courses.
You may just want to lounge around in the garden or by the communal pool set within the landscaped grounds of this quiet and friendly community, or if you want a more active holiday there are many attractions, not just for golfers, and some attractive coastal walks.
No pets allowed. No smoking.
The additional cost of house rental is the payment of 75 euros (paid locally) as an end-of-stay cleaning charge and and 20 Euros meet and greet. . Payable on arrival upon receipt of the keys.
Even though there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, there is also a coin-operated air conditioning/hot air units in the master bedroom and the lounge

This area has been my bolt hole for 20 years. I love that EVERYTHING is in walking distance, the community is fabulous and well maintained, the sun is shining, the beach is at the bottom of the road, a market every Thursday, great bars and restaurants...what's not to love!
