About this property

Een perfect vakantiehuis met een groot privé zwembad. In een rustige natuurlijke omgeving op loopafstand (300 meter) van de mooie witte zandstranden. Lombok is bekend om zijn zonsondergangen en gastvrijheid van de bevolking. De villa is ingericht in de traditionele Indonesische stijl met bamboe meubels. Ook zijn er een kinderbed en babybedje aanwezig met linnengoed. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning. De keuken is volledig ingericht. De ruime veranda is omheind en afsluitbaar. In de tuin ligt het privé zwembad op u te wachten. Het zwembad heeft de vorm van een vis (18 meter lang). In de staart bevinden zich zitplaatsen, in de kop een ondiep gedeelte voor de kleintjes. Het personeel is aanwezig om het u volledig naar de zin te maken.

Omdat de villa op een helling is gebouwd, moeten gasten een aantal treden beklimmen om de villa te bereiken. Minder geschikt voor ouderen en minder valide gasten.

Een borgsom van IDR 1.000.000 is verplicht.
Deze dient bij aankomst cash betaald te worden aan de manager. Indien bij uitchecken geen schade is geconstateerd, dan ontvangt u bij vertrek de borgsom cash terug van de manager.

Beautiful house and gardens and views

The house and gardens are lovely and the staff is wonderful. Budi, Atun and Fauzan do a wonderful job helping everyone feel welcome and at home. There is no hassle in arranging day trips, because Budi handles everything. The area doesn't have a lot of tourists and the locals are super friendly. The beach was a lot busier than described in the listing, but only with locals, and it was kind of fun to mingle. Budi advised us not to swim there, and it did look too rough and steep, especially for young kids. There are other beaches for swimming, Budi can take you, and the pool is great. The only downside is the noise, the road is very busy and you hear scooters constantly, even at night. The call to prayer happens five times a day, which is fine, but there are other prayers, especially during Ramadan and on Fridays that can go on for a pretty long time. There are roosters and dogs as well, so basically not quiet, though very private. Overall though, we had a great time and really appreciate Budi, Atun and Fauzan.
