A 3 bedroom converted farmhouse with a private pool and terrace. Located on the outskirts of Villalfonsina, just a 45 minute drive from Pescara airport and a 10 minute drive to the local beach.

Stunning views of the mountains to one side and the sea the other, surrounded by vines and olive trees. A secluded spot that is ideal to while away the days with great food and wine, that can be bought from the local cantina.

With exclusive use of the private pool for guests the perfect sunshine getaway

Mountain House Haven

Great base camp for touring Abruzzo. Relatively easy to maneuver to different towns and destinations. Great retreat for two couples. Rita is prize who welcomes you with a smile and wine.

Vacations in Italy

We (2 couples) had a wonderful stay at Shelley's house for two weeks in July 2022. The villa is in the countryside (very calm and no close neighbors). There is a lot a fruit trees in the garden (olive, lemon, prickly pear, etc.) and the swimming pool is a very nice place to cool off or have a drink during the day or evening. All necessary facilities (e.g. supermarket) and the beach are within 10 km from the villa (we can see the sea from the villa). In addition, a couple living in the village, can be called if need be to provide support with the house, the pool, etc. If we comeback in the Abruzzo in the future, we will definitely consider to stay at Shelley's house again.

Excellent stay in this charming farmhouse

Despite not being able to stay for the entire booked time due to family issues, the time we spent at Shelley's house was great. The house is a wonderful villa in Abruzzo's countryside, a silent and authentic rural area with services at 5mins by car and seaside at 15mins. The house was well cleaned and tastefully furnished, Shelley's hospitality well organized. Absolutely recommended.
