Spend your next getaway in Loudenvielle! Peyragudes is just a 20-minute drive away, and when school is in, local shuttles are available to take you here for an additional fee. Val Louron is just a 15-minute drive away, and we recommend that beginners head here first as it has 6 blue runs and 7 green runs. You'll have access to 60 km of tracks in Peyragudes and 22 km of tracks in Val Louron when you stay in this great location, and non-skiers won't be left out with snowshoeing, dog sledding, and more available! This cozy space sleeps 6 people comfortably, but can sleep up to a total of 7 guests!

Our duplex space has 2 BEDROOMS. There's 1 bedroom with 1 Double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 Single bed. There is also a separate sleeping alcove that features 1 Bunk bed. There's a Trundle bed in the living area, perfect for additional guests.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with an additional WC. Please note that bedroom and bathroom linens are not provided but are available on-site for an additional charge.

After a day in the mountains, retreat to our LIVING SPACE. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi at reception. Tidy up your space using the cleaning kit, available for €3.90/kit.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. In the mornings, head to the neighbouring establishment, Brasserie l’Escapade, for breakfast service from 9 am to 11 am for an additional fee.

You will love your stay in Residence Les Jardins de Balnéa where our 44m2 space is conveniently located. If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site!

At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning fee (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €50-€80. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person.
