Perseidas is a gorgeous house located on the coast of Tijarafe, in a place with a magnificent climate throughout the year and facing the sea.
The recently renovated four-person house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a large sofa, an equipped kitchen, a furnished pergola and a barbecue area With a ping-pong table,4tennis table raquetas and 3 balls. From its heated saltwater pool you can enjoy an impressive view of the coast and the sea, thanks to its glass railing. We offer a pool heated at 24,5º. If you wish more heat, the price is 10€/day for each more degree.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful, permanently maintained garden.The house is reached through a short path lined with palm trees and with spaces designed as parking. The main bedroom, with a large 180 cm bed and a work area, has a private bathroom with shower and hydromassage, bidet and two sinks. It has access to the living room and the pergola. Next to the next bedroom, with two 90 cm single beds, is the other bathroom, which has a bathtub and two sinks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, smoke extractor, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, mixer and, in short, everything necessary for the proper functioning of this space. The kitchen is connected to the pergola, where you have a spacious table to enjoy memorable breakfasts and lunches.
The living room, more for enjoyment than necessity, has a fireplace, comfortable sofas, television with satellite channel, work table, Wi-Fi and a music system with bluetooth. Its glass doors give access to the pergola and the pool. The house also has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and safe.
It is mostly supplied by solar energy, supplemented, if necessary, by electricity from the electricity network.
