The Residence L’Ancora, located in Lu Bagnu in a quiet and peaceful area, has been designed and built to provide every apartment with maximum comfort, privacy and independence. Recently built, with spacious and bright rooms and Mediterranean style finishes, our residence is the ideal accommodation to make your stay in Sardinia pleasant and relaxing.
Our new accommodation facility is the Residence L’Ancora, located just 500 meters away. from the beaches of Lu Bagnu, designed and built to give each apartment the maximum comfort, independence and privacy.
The tourist resort of "Lu Bagnu" is a small fraction on the sea with several beaches, is equipped with all essential services and is connected by public transport to the center of Castelsardo (about 3 km away).
The real estate units are spread over two floors and have car garages available. The apartments on the first floor are embellished by the loft and the terrace, those on the ground floor characterized by veranda and private garden.
Type of apartments: Brand new and complete two-room apartments in interior and exterior furnishings.

The apartments on the first floor are embellished by the loft and the terrace, those on the ground floor characterized by veranda and private garden. All equipped with satellite TV, fridge / freezer, gas cookers, microwave oven, utensils and kitchen equipment such as plates, glasses, crockery and cookware.
All use the garage in the basement and the laundry room with washing machines for common use. In addition there is a wi-fi line in the common areas and a small shared indoor pool for all guests of the hotel.
Beaches
Although Castelsardo has its historic beach "La Marina" located at the foot of the castle, with its coastline of over 2 km Lu Bagnu is the real beach of Castelsardo. The descents to the sea are many and varied and all lead to a crystalline sea that wins every year the coveted Blue Flag. From the descent of Sa Ferula and Ampurias where the young people meet, to the Pearl of the Sea up to the more reserved one of the Celestines, you will find the most suitable beach for your way to experience the sea.
Castelsardo also offers a wonderful alternative to those wishing to reach the beach of Baia Ostina: a cove carved out of dark trachyte, an emerald sea and lush Mediterranean vegetation.
