Located directly across from the beach (second row) with easy ocean access, SHUTTERS BY THE BEACH is a spacious year-round vacation rental located in the desirable Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach.

This popular beach house sleeps up to 18 people and features a large, RESORT-LIKE BACKYARD with PRIVATE POOL, sundeck with stone pavers, a pergola for shade, ping pong table, charcoal grill, and outside solar shower. There's plenty of seating around the pool to STRETCH OUT IN A LOUNGER or DINE ALFRESCO at the dining table.

SHUTTERS BY THE BEACH was furnished with your comfort in mind. Each of its two floors is nearly identical, allowing families or friends to enjoy their own bedrooms and kitchen amenities.

Unlike some 7+ bedroom homes for rent in North Myrtle Beach, the goal isn't to cram as many people in as possible. After all, this is your vacation, not summer camp! We've provided mostly kings and queens for guests to stretch out and GET A GREAT NIGHT'S SLEEP.

The home features 3 KING SUITES with ensuite bathrooms, 2 QUEEN SUITES with ensuite bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and ensuite bathroom, and a 7th bedroom with bunk beds (two full mattresses) and a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.

SHUTTERS BY THE BEACH has two FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHENS with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and silverware. The house features SEVEN BEDROOMS, EIGHT BATHS, and plenty of space to relax with family and friends. Six of the seven bedrooms have PRIVATE EN-SUITE BATHROOMS. Guests enjoy 3 separate HVAC units, 2 for the second floor and 1 larger unit for the first floor to ensure your comfort at all times.

After a day LOUNGING AROUND THE PRIVATE POOL or spending time at WINDY HILL BEACH, enjoy relaxing in the two main living areas, each having 65” 4K TV’s, while each bedroom has a private 50” 4K TV and WIFI throughout the property.

There's ample parking for 4 - 5 cars in front and a couple of cars in the back.

Your rental will be treated and disinfected with hospital-grade, EPA approved cleaners.

Shutters By The Beach is only a mile away from Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, and minutes from world-renowned championship golf courses and many miniature golf courses. There are lots of great restaurants nearby as well, including Greg Norman's Australian Grill, 21 Main at North Beach, Joe's Bar & Grill, plus crowd favorites like Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel.

Your quote includes the Linen Package with beds made when you arrive. In addition to fresh sheets for all beds, the package includes wash cloths, bath towels, and hand towels.

Plus, Shutters By The Beach is equipped with a keyless entry lock. We'll send you the door code the day of your arrival, so you won't have to deal with the hassle of picking up and dropping off keys at the vacation rental office!

There is a security camera on the exterior of the property that monitors the front entrance and parking area.
