Beautiful newly renovated apartment for 2 people located in Alozaina, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

This accommodation is located in a unique and unrivalled enclave such as the Sierra de las Nieves Biosphere Reserve National Park, on a 2-hectare plot surrounded by olive groves, orange and avocado trees and just a short drive from destinations such as Malaga, Ronda or Marbella.

The most surprising feature of this magnificent apartment is undoubtedly its position, which allows guests to enjoy incredible views of the Sierra de las Nieves. Likewise, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the hills that surround our holiday accommodation.

This exquisite accommodation offers a unique experience where life blends harmoniously with luxury and comfort.

It has enough space for two people to disconnect and recharge their batteries in complete relaxation. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower. A large living room with direct access to the terrace and the pool area. Enjoy the charming kitchen equipped with a stove to prepare delicious meals.

The outdoor area is divided into a terrace, beautiful gardens where you can relax enjoying a good book and a private pool. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, so you can sunbathe and relax when the sun's rays get too hot.

The main rooms of the accommodation are for the exclusive use of the owners who live on the same plot and share the access road to the main entrance and the parking lot. The rest of the outdoor space, including the pool and garden, is for private use for guests. The owners guarantee complete privacy during your stay in this incredible villa, as they will be absent during the months of June to October.

The owners of this house respect all animals and consider their house as a vegan-friendly environment. Although they welcome all types of clients, they appreciate understanding and respect towards this lifestyle during the stay.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Mit viel Privatsphäre. Herrliche Aussichten. Fantastischer Pool (Paco kommt alle 2 Tage, um es zu reinigen). Die Leute, die uns die Schlüssel gaben, waren sehr freundlich und nett (sie waren nicht die Besitzer). Unsere allgemeine Einschätzung ist sehr gut. Die Umgebung gibt Ihnen viele Dinge; Wanderwege durch den Naturpark Sierra de las Nieves, sehen Sie die Städte der Region und sogar den Strand (wenige Kilometer entfernt).

La maison est bien spacieuse et la piscine bien grande et protégée des regards indiscrets. L extérieur de la maison est très beau avec sa végétation fleurie et ses palmiers. Le paysage et la vue sur les villages au loin sont splendides. On se régale le soir des lumières qu elles emettent et du ciel étoilé ! La piscine est aussi éclairée la soirée et c est très beau a voir ! Une salle de bain en bas à proximité de la piscine est très pratique. La terasse magnifique et fraîche le matin pour déjeuner. Par contre tout cela contraste avec l équipement de base qui manque: pas de savon pour le lave vaisselle, ni pour laver la vaisselle à la main, pas assez de couvert et de marmittes... C'est dommage car cela pourrait très facilement être remediable.

Alozaina ist ein hübscher, typisch andalusischer, ruhiger Ort. Die Finca liegt ca 3,5 km entfernt auf einem Berg, sehr geschützt und umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde 2 x pro Woche gereinigt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und alles lief total unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Wir haben uns in Ihrer Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten 12 sehr erholsame Tage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier zu 100% gut aufgehoben (kein Hundegebell in der Nacht). Die großen Terrassen, der sehr große Pool und der Garten sind eine Augenweide. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und noch ein Dankeschön an Francisco für die nette Betreuung. JEDERZEIT WIEDER !!!

The villa really does match up to the pictures. The views are spectacular, all the way down to Malaga 55km away. The Andalusian weather was great for our 2 week stay, with the nights being comfortably slightly cooler due to the elevated position. Extremely clean accommodation, lacking only in a few essential utensils and appliances. Good solid Wi-Fi at 4.5-5Mb which, considering the location was brilliant, enough to stream UK TV when required. Pool is big and very, very clean, unfortunately the filter had a leak, which meant the skimmers couldn't be used, so we had to continually net the insects etc, and top the pool up daily, which must be an unnecessary expense to the owner. (I assume this will be fixed soon.) Even so, the best holiday in Andalusia we have had in the last 3 years, and highly recommended, we would return in a heartbeat.

We loved the house which was beautiful, tastefully decorated and most importantly very clean. The location too was beautiful, rural yet not too isolated with amazing panoramic views. The owner was very friendly and professional, cleaned the pool regularly but early in the morning so that he would not disturb us. Really loved it all! Looking forward to returning next year again!

Si vous souhaitez le calme et la tranquillité, c'est le bon endroit. Les photos sont exactes, la villa est très bien. La piscine est grande. Il y a un petit supermarché au village à 2-3km. Le village est très calme. Si vous souhaitez un peu d'animations il faut aller à Ronda ou à Malaga mais c'est 45/60 mn de routes (sinueuses...) L'accueil est super sympa - le seul reproche est le niveau d'équipement de la villa qui contraste avec la prestation globale. Chaises en plastiques, pas de cousins, pas de matelas, de table à la piscine, peu de parasols... mais je suis certain que tout cela va être modifié.

Excellente expérience nous avons adoré la villa. C'est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Maison très agréable avec une cuisine tres fonctionnelle, deux salles de bains très bien. La maison est parfaitement entretenue et l'exterieur egalement. Paco, la personne qui nous a reçu est vraiment trop adorable !!! Je recommande cette villa qui se trouve dans un endroit tres calme, nous avions la sensation d'etre les seules au monde. Bronzer devant un paysage sublime, que demander de plus ? La villa se trouve a 40 minutes de Malaga et de Marbella environ. C'est un peu long car les routes sont sinueuses, nous sortions tard le soir mais nous avons toujours pu nous debrouillé pr rentrer. Cependant il ne faut pas avoir peur de conduire dans le noir. C'est peut etre le seul point negatif de ce sejour et encore je le nuance car ces routes nous ont permis dexplorer un tres beau paysage.
