About this property

Rent a private cape in the archipelago of Roslagen just an hour north of Stockholm. The Cape Frebbenholm is located on an island with the sea next door and here you enjoy the archipelago life and fantastic sunsets.

The property is rented weekly to a maximum of 8 overnight guests (regardless of age) during June, July and August starting week 23 and ending week 34. Changeover days are Sundays.

* Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed
* Bed linen is not included. Pillows and duvets are available for all beds
* The guest is responsible for cleaning the used areas. Cleaning materials and checklist are available
* Minimum age of responsible bookkeeper at least 28 years
* Not for partying parties
* Changeover days are Sundays. Check-in no earlier than 15:00 and check-out no later than 12:00.

Suitable for generational residents and well-to-do families who wish an amazing archipelago experience. Maybe you invite friends who are happy to come by sailboat / motor boat.

When you arrive by car, the landlord shows up and makes sure you are transported to the Cape. Arriving at the Cape you will get a brief overview of the facilities.

At one of the landing stages is your own boat with a smal engine that you use freely during your stay.

Before departure, you clean the spaces you have used (cleaning materials and checklist are available) and the landlord comes by by boat for departure to the mainland for home transport.

Traumhaft - Natur pur und komfortabel

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Der Vermieter war absolut zuvorkommend und hat uns bei allem schnell unterstützt. Die Ausstattung ist tiptop. Alles da, was man braucht. Schöne Sauna, baden, WLAN für die Kids ... usw. Angeln von Land oder vom Boot aus möglich. Hatten sogar Glück mit schönen Barschen und einem Zander. Versorgung in der nahegelegenen Stadt möglich und in verschiedenen Supermärkten auch alles vorhanden. Wir können nur Danke sagen, für den schönen Urlaub. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren zudem sensationell. Würden gerne wieder kommen.

Ruhig und wunderschön

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche auf Frebbenholm und haben uns sehr gut erholt beim Relaxen, Angeln, Boot- und Kanufahren. Die Lage ist einmalig idyllisch. Die Häuser sind gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank Thomas für deinen tollen Support und die Gastfreundschaft. Liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz!

Grossartiges Ferienerlebnis

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen an diesem schönen Ort geniessen dürfen. Gastgeber Thomas informiert klar und zuvorkommend und hilft bei Bedarf anstandslos. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind grosses Kino, die Umgebung ist spannend und Wert, entdeckt zu werden. Und: Auch Angeln lässt sich super!

Great experience!

Wonderful and peacefull place, ideal to get some rest and enjoy nature. Houses are very clean, and everything is well organised. Great communication with Thomas who is easily avalable if you need it. The house is 30 minutes by motor boat from Osthermmar, or 10 minutes from the parking, so easy to visit the arounds and to shop . You can also go for a spin in the forest and pick up some wild strawberrys, and blueberries and mushrooms (depend on the seasons). Water sea was 22 degres (july). Sun set and sun rise are beautiful; We woke up at 4 am to see the sun rising: it worth it! We really enjoyed our stay there! Thank you again Thomas !
