The welcoming indoor area is distributed into a homey living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Right next to the entrance door, you will find a bedroom with two single beds, next to a bedroom with one double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fenced plot where this house is located welcomes gorgeous outdoor spots to enjoy the sunshine as well as your family’s company. The pool area is located in the front yard, surrounded by tall palm trees and a hedge: here, you can sunbathe in complete relaxation, as you take revel in the views of the countryside and the smooth hills around you. Ordentliche, aber altmodische Einrichtung. Schönes Schwimmbad, aber leider nicht beheizt. Trotz der installierten Moskitonetze viele Mücken. Für den Lebensmitteleinkauf ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Straße dorthin ist befahrbar, die Straßenoberfläche ist jedoch sehr schlecht und weist Löcher und Unebenheiten auf.

Hemos disfrutado de unos días de descanso en esta villa, muy cuidada por su dueño. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. La casa está muy cuidada y limpia, en una gran parcela totalmente cercada lo que hace muy cómoda la estancia con mascotas. La piscina preciosa. Hemos disfrutado de ella a todas las horas del día. Lo único mejorable en la casa es que pudiera tener aire acondicionado, pues en los días de calor más fuerte, a pesar de los ventiladores las noches son duras. A cambio tiene un porche estupendo donde hemos podido comer incluso en los días de más calor gracias a su orientación. En cuanto a la ubicación, está a las afueras de Coín, y muy bien comunicada con la costa. Media hora a Marbella o a Fuengirola por ejemplo. En Marbella una playa canina estupenda en Playa de El Pinillo. También cercana al parque Nacional Sierra de las Nieves. Sin duda, por el precio que tiene, recomiendo la estancia en esta casa.

La villa est très jolie que se soit de l'intérieur ou extérieur . La maison était très propre a notre arrivée. La propriétaire de la villa était très sympa . En ce qui concerne la géolocalisation c est super il y a hypermarché et supermarche a 3/4 min en voiture . La plage n est pas très loin même si on a surtout profité de la piscine avec les enfants . Le seule petit bémol c'est qu'il a fallut tout acheter a notre arrivée car la villa n'était pas équipée ( d'éponges , liquide vaiselle, savon pour les mains, lessive , sel ) de choses indispensables. Sinon le séjour c'est très bien passé .

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit Palmen vor dem Pool vor einer wunderschönen Berglandschaft. Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit während meines Urlaubs in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Das Eckendorf ist sehr friedlich. Viele Geschäfte in der Nähe der Villa. Der Besitzer ist jederzeit erreichbar und verfügbar.

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants et nous avons eu le privilège de séjourner à cette maison. C'est un lieu magnifique encore plus beau que sur les photos. Tout est propre et en excellent état. C'est une maison de campagne calme et très bien située. La piscine et le coin BBQ sont géniales! A environ 20-30 minutes du Parque Natural Sierra de las Nieves pour de belles randonnées. Environ 30 minutes de Marbella et 45 minutes de l'aéroport de Malaga. Vous avez absolument besoin d'une voiture.

Jolie maison fleurie et rien à dire sur les équipements. Nous avons eu un très bon séjour dans cette région et les villages sont tous à proximités les uns des autres. En 20 minutes on était à la plage donc ca allait bien même si la plus part du temps on profitait de la piscine ! les commerces et restaurants ne sont pas loin aussi.
