Sitges Centre Mediterranean Apartments is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom deluxe apartment (sleeping up to 9 people) with 200 Square Metres of living space, including a large 55 Sq. metre wide open terrace adjacent to the living room. This unique flat (recently renovated) features lounge chairs for sunbathing, a modern gas BBQ, and ample seating for outdoor dining and relaxing.

From the lush Italian leather sofas and armchairs in the living room (with motorized reclining function), to the large 85' LED Smart TV offering a full Home Cinema/Gaming experience with a paid Netflix subscription, you will clearly notice the difference.

One of the 4 bathrooms is even equipped with both a large shower (with a fantastic rain forest shower head) as well as a bath tub designed for two. Another very attractive aspect of this accommodation is that three of the bathrooms are also EN-SUITE affording our guests even greater privacy and comfort. All of the ensuite bathrooms have convenient walk-in showers.

The large open kitchen with the latest in state of the art appliances will surely surprise you and entice you to make great home-cooked meals. Another one of the major advantages of this room is that everything is on the same floor, including the large open terrace, which is particularly attractive for guests with mobility issues or simply wishing to avoid stairs.

The apartment is also fully equipped with central A/C (with separate control panels for the bedrooms and living room area) affording a powerful, yet silent and eco-friendly system to ensure maximum comfort. Moreover the flat is also equipped with central heating (natural gas) for the complete comfort of our guest at any time of year.

The room is tastefully decorated in a French Provincial style that invites you to want to stay and enjoy it. A stay in this accommodation will renew positive energy for all your family and friends.


For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
